On both occasions I contacted Just Landlords by phone and received prompt and efficient service from a knowledgeable customer service agent. The policy changes were agreed and paid for over the phone and within minutes a confirmation email arrived with relevant documents. It was a refreshing change from the usual interminable wait experienced with other organisations. Landlord insurance has become more difficult over the years with the usual big insurers who often do not want you. Just Landlords really understands the problems and treats its clients with respect, providing a comprehensive, efficient and customer friendly service. To be recommended.
