5 star service again from CIA insurance. They have been brilliant at customewr service. We moved house and renewals were delayed, but they swiftly contacted me and resolved everything. I would not trust anyone else with my landlords insurance policies.

I've been with cia for at least 13 years had to use them recently to help evict tenant and they were brilliant. Not sure how I would have done it without them. Have just renewed with them l would definitely recommend them 100%

The agent I spoke to was very polite when dealing with my landlord insurance renewal. After making a note of a change of circumstances it was apparent that the agent had a thorough knowledge of products/cover available resulting in my obtaining a slightly lower quotation.
