Margaret was awesome – I checked with my breeder and it is 11 o’clock there now and I don’t want to call but my breeder said the new formula the meow is actually better than the original Dave’s!
I am passing this on via email and I will send it to her tomorrow because I have to work. You have a great site and the most wonderful representative working for you and or owner she is the best. I know I can return it I am hoping I don’t have to I’m going to try to get a cam locally first but I may just decide to take a crazy shot and feed it to my crazy cat. Blessings and be safe

Bad Customer Service
This was the first time that I ordered from this business. The product showed as delivered and I did not have the goods delivered to our house. I called K9 and was told to go and ask my neighbors if they received the product. I live near 50 or more houses, so how would I know which neighbor might have possibly gotten my goods? I finally found the product and had to haul 90 LBS of dogfood through snow and ice. This was unacceptable service. I received no discount, no apology, and no follow up.

Fast delivery, excellent selection
K9Cuisine had the dry cat food I had been looking for - Orijen Fit & Trim. The bags were delivered sooner then I expected & packaged expertly to protect them from being crushed. Plus, I found two wand toys with ethically-sourced leather strands. My cats love them!!
I will continue to use K9Cuisine online ordering.
