The product, Urban Wolf, is one we've tried with our dogs before. Urban Wolf itself is a remarkable product. We literally saw one of our animals live an extra 2 years with cancer because of this food.
Although very sick, his entire persona changed soon after we started him on Urban Wolf. His eyes brightened, his scent changed, he had more energy and was happy. Now we have a Silky Terrier that's 12 years old and we started him on Urban Wolf from K9Cuisine. I've never ordered from K9C before, but the experience has been very good. It took awhile to receive the shipment because all postal service and other delivery companies are running at full speed. BUT- K9C has been super communicative and as a new customer, I feel as if they truly care about doing what's right and because of that, I will definitely order more Urban Wolf from them. Good company!

I have a 18 yr old cat who has food allergies. Several yrs ago found NutriSource Cat and Kitten cat food which works for her. I buy the 16 lb bag because we have 3 cats. Places I usually buy that size was out of stock.

I ordered and received Red Paw Balanced Fat. It's a wonderful supplement for high energy, working dogs, and hard keepers. The product is hard to find on the website without a Google search (doesn't appear to be in the menu or list of supplements). The product did seem to take some time to be shipped and delivered, however arrived in good condition, and I've since ordered again. I'm really delighted that K9Cuisine carries this product, and hope they will carry additional performance supplements. I have a kennel with four operational SAR dogs and two up and coming dogs, as well as a hobby farm with three livestock guardian dogs that live out in the elements. Supplements like this are important to the industry of working dogs.

I placed my first order of high-end dog food, Nutri-Source, two weeks ago as chain stores don't carry it. Found K9cuisine online with great reviews. Upon arrival, I realized I'd ordered cat food instead of dog food. I called and spoke to Margaret, a very kind person who assured me I could return it and K9cuisine would send a Fedex label. Easy! So easy that I ordered the dog food at the same time. Except, I'm a CEO of a tech company and our fire walls are tight and it was dumped into Junk. So I called today, talked to Margaret again and she patiently hung on while I worked on my end to allow her emailed PDF to get through to my inbox. It was a very uplifting interaction during these days of COVID as my experience has been that some customer service reps are not as patient.

K9 Cuisine went above and beyond my expectations. Great customer service specially after I have had input my delivery address wrong; they were there to assist me and ensure my delivery was completed without a problem.
