Waited a week for delivery , then got a refund without explanation

Really good service. And the product is great can't be faulted

Great service and help. They called me to double check I had ordered the correct size for firebox replacement and assisted me in checking. Made it easy to amend my order and delivered on the same day as he was driving close to my house. Will definitely use Kamado Kingdom again

Very helpful and knowledgeable went above and beyond. Did everything they could to make sure I had the right firebox for my barbecue. Would definitely recommend buying a kamado and parts from them.

I placed the order on Friday and despite the tracking on Shop, the barbecue was delivered on Monday, much to my delight, my wife told me it had arrived so I grabbed some wagu burgers on the way home and after the burn in, we cooked them, wow they were good. The customer support was excellent and they responded to my email promptly with the information I needed.

1 soft knock and the ups driver, rather than deliver the item to my house, the parcel was taken to the local distribution point. But the item. Is fantastic. Thank you

Stainless Steel Heat Deflector 16”. The item was delivered within the time frame, it’s a perfect fit for my Tower maxi kamado and really good quality.

Having enquired via email about a product, several emails later an order was placed for a divide & conquer system. A couple of days later said product arrived and was installed in the Kamado, given the item wasn’t manufactured for the Aldi version specifically I can report it fits like it was. I plumbed for the 18” system as advised by KK, and not disappointed one bit. I highly recommend this company.

From the time I ordered the Kamado BBQ to the delivery it was faultless on time and when I ordered the extra bits again on time and no problem.
I would definitely recommend this firm to anyone.Well done and definitely five stars.

Excellent customer service, spoke on the phone as well and went above and behind to accommodate what I wanted, even delivered next day on an order after 7pm in the evening. Great communication and product

Excellent service although I did ask some questions which weren’t answered so had to gamble on size.

Super knowledgeable and helpful.
Ordered the wrong thing initially, but they really know their stuff and reached out to check with me. Got exactly what I needed in the end and have cooked up a storm on the high quality cooking system. If I need anything else for my kamado cooking experience, I will be buying from them again.

Great Company, the communication with the company was excellent. They went above and beyond to make sure it was delivered on a certain day. The Kamado Kingdom looks fabulous and we can not wait to use it over the next week.

Having kept an eye out on the website for stock of the rotisserie returning I dropped a quick email asking when they are likely to be back in.

I had a response almost immediately and having placed the order the package arrived within a day or so.
