Great customer experience.
Very helpful (specifically Mario in my case). Went to great lengths to help me get the right equipment (I ordered the wrong bit first) and independently set me n the right path. Couldn't recommend them highly enough.

Advertise stock they don't have - avoid!!!
Ordered item on 21st December, only informed today - 9th January- that they didn't actually have the item and they are refunding my money.
Terrible customer service, I had to chase them for an update, shouldn't be advertising products they don't have and made no effort to get the item back in stock. Meanwhile they have been chasing me with automated emails asking me to review my experience!! Well it was awful, careful what you wish for, I'd avoid this company, clearly a tin pot outfit.

Well, Rod Graham has right to call our customer service terrible,but reality is slightly better than he says. We been away till 30th December, so we didn't operate thru Christmas period. After coming back we tried to find heat deflector in our warehouse, but we couldn't, then we request from main warehouse but they confirmed that there is non left of particular size. Only then we decided to refund. Rod Graham didn't lose a penny, we done a lot around it to try to solve it but we couldn't. As reward we have 1 star. Its a good start of 2024.

Red kamado kingdom 24 inch grill
It’s a shame that this isn’t a 5 star. Ordering was easy and email received to confirm. Got a phone call to state delivery date and time. The grill arrived very quickly well packaged and in great order. We had ordered a package which included pizza stone, heat deflector and protective cover. Sadly the heat defector and cover were missing which we had to phone up to get them sent on. They arrived within a couple of days. When reading other reviews it would appear the missing cover is a regular issue. Perhaps the systems need reviewing to ensure these errors don’t continue.

Well, very sad that you didn't get our message. Our supplier never put those extras in one of the containers, so we decided to cover that issue and posting every customer from own cost. We are one of cheapest suppliers of quality kamado in UK, and its extra cost for us of £60-£70 of each missing order, painful but fear. We do cover this and apologise customers, but not 100% understand situation and blame us personally. Its our supplier got paid for it, but never added inside the box. John you got every single bit, just with short delay. We never ignored it, we taking it very serious and providing 100% customer service. Apologies if it didn't meet your expectations.

Ordered a Kamado bbq excellent customer service.
Called to double check the colour, they were super helpful reassured me and said they would double check before sending it out.
Then got a phone call asking what day was best and they delivered it to fit my schedule.
Was delivered within 6 days of ordering would have been sooner but had a bank holiday Monday

Ordered a cooking system and chicken…
Ordered a cooking system and chicken sitter for my kamado style barbeque, both arrived within a few days.
Cooking system looks good quality and fits perfectly.
Already used the chicken sitter with great results.
Highly recommend.

Great service
Quick delivery organised for a time that suited me, unfortunately as other people have mentioned the cover was missing, one call and all sorted immediately. I've not had chance to use it fully yet but looks to be of high quality build.

wrong item was sent to me
wrong item was sent to me, i required a large pizza stone - i ordered a large pizza stone but a pizza stone for a hobbit came and they didn't offer to replace.
this make me much sadness in my day, my village all laugh at me now. Not good time.

Yes, human mistake. Customer ordered pizza stone for 13" kamado (how it can be large???), and we send pizza stone which suits 13" kamado, there is no way he ordered large, we got proofs. Our mistake was wrong description, which says diameter of actual item 228mm when it was 180mm only. 228mm was package size not actual pizza stone.
We accepted mistake straight away, done Full Refund within 10 minutes, told customer to keep item. so we believe we done our best. do not understand customers like Charlie, read his review : Large pizza stone?? All village laugh at him??? Hobbit?? we didn't offer to replace? well, he asked for refund.
