I had a disappointing experience with Kashmir Box. It took them over 45 days to deliver my order, and their customer service was mostly unresponsive. On the rare occasion I managed to get through, the support wasn’t helpful. Unfortunately, the long wait wasn’t worth it—the quality of the products was just average. I ordered two pieces, including a full set (kurta, salwar, and shawl), which turned out to be quite ordinary. You can likely find similar or better quality items at any nearby local Kashmiri stalls. Overall, this was my worst shopping experience with any Instagram/Facebook-promoted brand. I wouldn’t recommend wasting your time or money.

The most horrible customer service experience I have ever had. Absolutely no response from them either through emails or phone calls. My phone calls don’t even get connected anymore. I wanted to return a product due to size issues but they’ve completely ghosted!

Disappointing Experience
I'm extremely dissatisfied with the customer service . Despite numerous attempts to contact them over the past month regarding my refund, my calls, texts, and emails have gone unanswered.

When I finally got through, the representatives made excuses instead of providing solutions. The lack of accountability and transparency is alarming.

I would advise caution when considering purchases from this brand. Their fake promises and poor customer service make for a frustrating experience.

Received my order after 16 days of purchase. The quality is great and comfortable. Firstly, I thought my order would not arrive after several phone calls and emails from my side. At last, the order arrived through Aramex in Pokhara. I’m really happy with my order.

Fraud company. Your money will be lost and product will not arrive.

Wish.com style rubbish. This company is a scam. They have a beautiful website, but they are selling you a dream.

I ordered four items for international delivery. They took ages to be dispatched, and no notifications were given. Communication was dire, with them promising to 'revert back' but they never did.

The order finally arrived after nearly a month. I was super disappointed with the cape, which looks nothing like the picture on the website. The material is clearly not the wool they advertised, but a thin, easily creased cotton unsuitable for the climate here. The embroidery is cheap looking and the zari gaudy, being machine- rather than hand-stitched. One of the papier mache boxes has a broken lid which doesn't fit on easily. Everything is of a very poor quality, badly packed, completely crumpled, and smelling of naphthalene or mothballs. So much for handmade delights, stealth wealth, and Kashmiri authenticity! 

They never got back about doing returns or arranging a refund. Their returns policy has many inadequacies, but nonetheless claims that one can avail a 'customer support team initiation of the process as per terms and conditions'. I tried this and they asked for a photo which I immediately sent. However, after this they never replied to advise about next steps.

I can now see why they keep their India website heavily protected from international eyes, as I can imagine Indians would be even more outraged by such high prices for shoddy goods.

Dont order from this site.This company is highly fraudulent. As they fail to deliver products and refuse to refund your money. It has been over a month since I placed my order, and they have neither delivered the product nor responded to my emails or calls. They are exploiting the name of Kashmir for their scams. I have been an avid shopper of this brand and enjoy their products. They are authentic and best in quality.

Got looted … its a scam.. 11k down the drain , no response on the pre paid order.

Ordered a phiran 0n 2jan still no updates till 30jan never faced such problem with other online shopping site Already prepaid i am in fix whether it will be delivered or not order no 1000173975

do not order from this site. I ordered some products, they took the money from my account. then I received a message that in fact they do not deliver to my country. and look, I was left with no money and no products. because they tricked me as if the money was returned to the account, then when I asked them for proof, they didn't answer me anymore

No order is delivered, although i paid upfront. It's been a week since I placed the order. No communication from the company.

Now I'm worried about the product quality. Don't buy ever.

Brilliant !!! I ordered two Phirans!!!! Both are absolutely stunning, good quality stitching, beautiful embroidery. Takes around 4 weeks, but well worth the wait, as soon as a recieved the shipping details, my order arrived within 5 days!!!! Taxes are included which is excellent. They responded in good time to all emails, and were very polite.

Worst website to shop. I checked the prices just 2 days ago and now when I was about to order,they changed the price and increased it from 4050 rs to 5000 rs. Then, I asked my friend to check after few hours and she said the price of the other two suits which I have selected before has also increased from 2700 to 3600 and 1424 to 2200 respectively. A huge difference within few hours. I have decided not to use 5his website ever.

Kashmirbox is one of the successful online websites. I favour Kashmirbox website for trusted fresh stock online order and delivery with quality packing. Interaction by phone before confirmation and deliverying time expected in hand are deep concerned to end users interest in art being encouraged.
Prices are affordable. Its amazing experience to get the products from Kashmir. Kashmiri artisans handworks deserving giving rich to life style. I tried to order atleast two items per month give me a rich experience. Thanks to Kashmirbox team spirit.

Pathetic is to start with. The size of the cloth is short and even after confirming the lied about the product measurement. The cloth bleeds color all my other clothes washed with the pathetic material suit if Kashmir Box got spoiled. The price is extremely high for such low quality products and sick service. When we complained the person name Bilal laughed and said you have done a mistake I cannot help it. Pls don’t waste your time and money.
