Do not buy from this company...
Ordered a dog floppy fish toy, advertised as having gentle tail movements. When it arrived it was singing loudly in Chinese and flashing like a Christmas tree. Neither singing or flashing lights were in products details. When I requested a return due to not as described they said it was in working order and was what I ordered and refused to allow a return for refund.

Took weeks to arrive from China. Incredibly poor quality. Nothing like the photo. No return details on the package. Don’t even know where to start getting my money back. Stay away from this scam company!

The Product I got was NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE.. Have Contacted Katycraft regarding the Problem in a number of Emails. Although they have Replied its OBVIOUS they have no intention of Resolving the Issues and REFUNDING me my Money. This seems to be a common occurrence by the Many Reviews I have seen.. Scammers .. damaged faulty item dies not resemble anything more than a bag of cotton wool .. They refuse to refund they do not listen or care. The product was for a lady with dementia to help her get comfortable.. it was late with no updates .. small print about China .. told to send it back for a refund.. I sent photos but no…uncaring and terrible product and service they need reporting

Faulty goods received had to open a PayPal case as company won’t provide return information for refund.

when start complaining i received answers "i have very high expectation" eaven i send them photos product i received and photo from they're website

I ordered my cushion on 31/1/2023 received it on 13/2/2022. Well packaged. Cushion was what I was expecting. Received a couple of emails a few days before I got the cushion to update when they were arriving. Only issue is the name of the company did not suggest nor did anywhere on the website say that you're buying straight from China. My problem is that when products comes from that far away it will inevitably take longer than when the products are in the UK. I would have preferred more transparent that score otherwise I have no complaint.

I ordered the item and expected it to arrive in the next few days. But after two weeks of no arrival I noticed in the small print that the items were coming from China and that the customer should expect to wait a lot longer. Why wouldn't they make this clear at the checkout?!
I asked them to update me on the order and when stated that it was still in China I asked for a refund. They said fine. But that they could only do this once it had arrived here with me, and after I had sent it back (at my cost).
They lower the price. Get you to click buy. And after you've realised your mistake there is no going back.
A complete joke!?
