Toxic saboteurs. Not over impressed with the quality of windows and conservatory, however I forgive this due to the age of them. What I do really mind is the fact they sabotaged drains by deliberately leaving off cuts of pipes in the sewage manhole. These off cuts were bigger than the standard clay sewage pipe, but kayvex knew this. Having spent over £2000 on clearing the blockages and damage caused I’d like to let kayvex know and alert anyone else to their malpractices.

After using KayvexWindows previously we decided to use them again for an inner front door. Not the cheapest quote & not the most expensive either. George again very efficient & friendly provided quote very quick. The contractor who fitted the door was very knowledgeable, clean & tidy. Advised of very stage throughout process of fitting. Done an excellent job. Will use Kayvex again in the future . Thank you

30k conservatory bought took 10 months!!!

Started well then all went down hill like Humpty Dumpty!
Installer was rude when questioned on bad workmanship! A cat flap turned out to be a horse flap , complained, and they changed glass to a flap that my cats can’t squeeze through! exposed brick for 4 months, horrendous leak which was fixed but ruined our new flooring, lack of communication until they wanted there last Installment!!!
always chasing them, and apologies aren’t Kayvex’s strong point!
The list goes on but will run out of spaces!! Only plus was the builders for ground work great (subbies)

Had poor experience like MP later on down in the reviews.

In my case fitters worked hard and were professional - just finished product was poor.

Would I recommend them no, not based on my experience.

Took best part of 9 months to get a door that worked, now the lock / handle is playing up and lucky dip if it locks or you can get in.

Not what you want from a door!

Also check where it is made - website says uk.Made or assembled!

Wish had saved my money and kept the old door - in hindsight should have spoken to neighbours / friends about best company - find a genuine person that is happy.

Fingers crossed after sales is better.

This is the second time we have used Kayvex and again we are really pleased with the service delivered. Good advice was given by John on ordering and the installation team were efficient with attention to detail and clearing up afterwards. Would definitely recommend and use again.

Had my whole house and porch installed by Kayvex. From the initial survey, to the phone Comms and the installer, everyone was so polite and informative. The install and product was extremely high quality. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend to anyone!

Very quick to respond for a quote to replace a patio door. Provided a very reasonable quote. Kept me informed throughout and once installation date agreed arrived exactly on time. Laid dust sheet.Fitters polite and efficient and completed job in two hours. All rubbish and old unit removed and site left clean. Very satisfied with door and its quality. Would recommend Kavex without hesitation

I had a new Georgian front door and surround, with lead flashing, installed in early November 2025, and was delighted with the professional, polite and efficient fitters. They were on time, worked constantly throughout the day and tidied up immaculately on completion. They both clearly took pride in their workmanship and I would recommend Kayvex without hesitation. We had to have new windows  and a patio door in our property , Kayvex were professional, vary good value for money and vary efficient  from the estimator to the window fitters who did the job.
The company kept us abreast at every stage of the job from the making of the indows to fitting them . The window fitters were well presented, clean working and quick.
We would definitely recommend Kayvex to friends and relatives        

Very professional. Fitters were very good. There were a few remedial bits of work that were required after the installation which were done without argument.

I needed a new front door and had some issues before with smaller, local companies fitting windows and doors. I had a new front door fitted by Kayvex last week. From the start the people at Kayvex were very polite, informative and helpful. Lee from Bognor Britannia fitted the door and I couldn't fault the service to be honest. He was incredibly polite, efficient and thorough. He answered every question I asked and explained the installation process. He also cleaned up beautifully afterwards. I'm delighted with my door, it feels solid and well fitted and safer. I would definitely use Kayvex again.

Subsidiary of Britannia Windows. Avoid this company. Absolute shambles of a company. Lacked communication, poor fitting by sloppy fitters who spend most of their time slacking and not working, when they did work they did an awful job that they had to resend numerous other fitters to fix the issues. Which were 'fixed' using poor materials and their fitting is awful. We regret using this company.

No internal communication. Raised we wanted to speak to someone senior in the company but our point of contact has not acknowledged this and ignored our numerous requests.

My experience with Kayvex was excellent. From discussing the design and specification with my account manager George, through to the installation team who were extremely professional and quick. Highly recommended.

Kayvex installed a large number of windows and doors for us recently and we were very happy with the results. We had a few quotes, but decided on Kayvex after meeting John who gave us the confidence that they could provide what we were looking for. Our fitters were fantastic (Andy) as were the office team (Shelly and Tia) who were so helpful and always came back to me on my queries - a really important point with these type of major works. I would certainly recommend and am sure I will use again in the future.

From start to finish Kayvex were professional and reliable. Their price was reasonable compared to others , George arrived on time to measure up & quote - and was knowledgeable with regards to the product (front door). The fitters arrived on time too to fit the door, and were polite & also knowledgeable, as we discussed where best to put the spy hole and I went with their suggestion which was the right choice.
The Job was done with no hiccups (Paul & Brandon) and there was no mess for me to clean up.
All followed by a customer service follow up call from Shelley.
Great service and would highly recommend Kayvex.

My parents had used Kayvex over 40 years ago so did not hesitate to go back to them. They were the most competitive of the couple of quotes we had. John the Sales guy was so nice and very helpful. The fitters (one called Andy I think) were efficient and really tidy. Windows were fitted both downstairs and upstairs together with a new front door. There was an issue with one window which we were informed us of and another was ordered and replaced a few weeks later. Would definitely recommend Kayvex.

Fantastic service from Kayvex, 6 windows including a bay window removed , front door and a huge interior patio door fitted.
The fitters Andy and Blake were superb, place was always spotless when they left and very very clean job on the installation.
I had around 10 different companies quote me for this job and Kayvex were the cheapest by far (up to £5000 cheaper in some cases) .
Will definitely be using Kayvex again .

Excellent job on the day - kept well informed. Would have been 5* but job was delayed and minor snag on the day which was rectified promptly.

We had a new front door and back door fitted, and some new glazing in several windows. Really pleased with the quality of the goods. Not everything was available for the fitters in one go, but we were kept informed at all times, and the job was completed in a timescale we were happy with. Good contact from the company keeping us updated, and the fitters were tidy, professional and respectful of our home. Would use again.
