Wow - what a refreshing experience. Pip came out within the hour to change a lock on a Saturday. Quick and efficient, and very reasonable price. Nothing was a problem.
Highly recommended

Thank you for that very kind review. I was glad to have helped.
I cannot recommend this Company highly enough.
They showed an understanding, sensitivity and professional attitude you rarely find these days when fitting a quality door lock.
Nothing was too much trouble and they went the extra mile in all respects.
Don't waste your time looking anywhere else - this Company are the best.
Thank you for everything Pip.

Thank you, Michael that's a great review. We always try to accommodate our customers needs, and if you need us again we are but a call away.
I would absolutely recommend this company. They were prompt, professional and friendly. They went above and beyond simply getting me into my house and worked on my door to lift and fix it. They were exceptionally patient and kind to my daughter. The cost was reasonable and they cut me a spare key on the spot. Excellent service. Thank you.

Pip was excellent, arrived on time, very knowledgeable and professional. She had lots of tools and full kit to assist with a very tricky lock change of which she oversaw and was a very good job, and would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a locksmith!! So glad we found you!!

Hi there, Zoe. Thank you for the great review, we strive hard at Key Change Locksmiths make sure our customers are 100% satisfied with all aspects of the work we carry out.
I found the locksmith in the carpark near my house, working on a job. I asked her if she would come to my house after the present job, as I was unable to lock my patio doors. This was a Sunday afternoon! But Pip arrived a few minutes later, and fixed the patio doors, and explained what the problem was, and future maintenance. Before she left she asked me to demonstrate how to close and lock the doors in the future. Pip was competent, quick, made helpful suggestions, and was polite and helpful throughout. I would certainly hire this locksmith again. A. Young (Mrs)

Pip sorted out two of our windows that were a pain - stuck handles and dodgy operation! Now both opening and closing perfectly! Prompt service at a decent price- what more can you ask for?
