Poor communication
Wanted to create a few limited edition badges for my team and this company was recommended. Initial contact was via email but I received an email response from gmail stating that I wasn't able to email them. Thought this was odd, so i messaged via Instagram. I had an instant response from Paul and he explained that a few spammers had messaged him from the gmail domain and he must have blocked the whole domain by accident. I started chatting about what I wanted from the badges and had a design already drafted - experience so far was friendly, hence the 2 stars. After this point I was ignored. Not sure why, but when i asked about pricing i received nothing back from the company. I gave them the benefit of doubt and waited a few days and messaged again asking if my design was possible and what his prices were. Again ignored. Poor communication.
