As a mortgage advisor, I deal with lenders day in and out, and I always find the staff at Keystone willing to help and on the ball. They go out of their way to ensure that the case is over the line, and a special shout out to my BDM Alan Luther who is incredibly supportive and helpful.

I spoke to Katie on the Sales Line on the 4th August to discuss an unusual property on which a client wanted to arrange a buy to let mortgage. I needed a good indication either way as to whether the property was suitable security rather than submit it and "see what happens". Katie took a lot of time and trouble to look at the property on street view so that she understood the issue. This was so useful as I did not want to waste anyone's time submitting an application if it was going to fail.
