I bought a Rossini sofa from them which bears a fake name of the original and they misled me, being the frame from China which they didn't even mention, and telling me that the leather is Italian but they didn't show me any proof. The sofa arrived home with writing underneath that it was from China I was shocked by the amount I paid of £2500 for a fake Rosini sofa. Its shop colour was a warm cream which I liked, at home it arrived a dirty grey which I hate the colour grey, I contacted them and showed them a photo of the difference between the shop and home they said the colour was correct and that in the shop there was more and different light and it seemed a different colour!!! Honestly they are liars they have cheap things and sell them as originals. I hope you benefit from the money taken and happiness as much as the fake Rosini grey sofa offers me.

There is plenty of choices with modern design furnitures.

I purchased a bed and a sofa from this store, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. The quality of both pieces is excellent — the bed is sturdy, comfortable, and well-made, and the sofa is stylish, supportive, and perfect for everyday use. What really stood out, though, was how nice and helpful everyone was throughout the process. The staff were friendly especially Adnan, patient, and genuinely cared about helping me find the right options rather than rushing a sale. Annan had helped us so much and made the process really smooth and easy

I would give zero stars if I could. This company is a total nightmare. I paid a deposit for furniture, and they promised delivery in 2 weeks, as I made it very clear to their employee Jason that we needed the items ASAP because we were moving into a new house with no furniture. He confirmed the delivery would be within 2 weeks. Fast forward, I call to chase the order, and they tell me they’ll “chase the supplier.” When they finally get back to me, they claim the delivery is delayed until mid-January! That's almost TWO MONTHS after the promised date.

It gets worse – they then tried to force me to accept alternative mattresses instead of the 3 I had specifically tested and agreed to purchase in-store. I made it very clear that these were the mattresses I wanted, yet they kept pushing other options on me. Totally unprofessional and unacceptable.

In a later email, they contradicted themselves completely. They stated that after they had taken the deposits that day, the supplier advised of delays in deliveries. How strange is that? Why then, did they tell me over the phone they had just called the supplier and that the delivery couldn’t happen until mid-January? Why not call me immediately when they found out about the delay, instead of waiting for me to chase them up? Too many inconsistencies in their stories.

When I asked for a refund, they gave me an unprofessional email address and told me I had to put it in writing, which seemed pretty unnecessary since they clearly couldn’t fulfill the order. I sent the request, and then they offered more “freebies” (which I refused) instead of just giving me my money back. After that, I received a slow, out-of-office reply saying their office was closed... from December 19th? Who closes that early for Christmas? I drove past their store, and it was clearly still open and operating.

They also sent me a random, undated letter from their supplier confirming the delay in deliveries. Why do I care about your supplier arrangements? I purchased through you directly, not them. This is just another attempt to cover up their failure to deliver.

They’re scammers, plain and simple. They only have good reviews because either they're fake or they force people to write reviews while sitting at the reception desk, staring at you until you do it. Good thing I said I'd do it later, because now I’m pursuing legal action.

STAY FAR AWAY from this company if you don’t want your time and money stolen!!

I bought two sofas from their Kenton Branch in 2015 and both had started to develop huge tears all over the sofas. Customer service did not want to assist except try to charge me £50 for someone to come and look at the sofas and then make a decision if they could help me or not.

BEWARE POOR QUALITY K FURNITURE & AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! We bought a pair of costly bar stools but within 2 weeks of normal use one bar stool armrest cover had a tear. Store customer service blamed accidental damage or misuse, which we vehemently refuted. Store passed on complaint to manufacturer but no response for 6 weeks. Meanwhile second bar stool had same issue and now one of stitched buttons on seat is loose. Paid high price for poor material and finish products. Despite raising this with the staff, they have done nothing to resolve this and now ignore our concerns. Avoid buying from this store!

I ordered a sofa bed and I was made homeless a day before delivery so I had to cancel I am dyslexic and I can not read forms and I was with a friend of mine when I ordered the sofa and at no point did the gentlemen say non refundable so I asked for my money back keeping in mind the sofa that I ordered had not even left there factory so the company could sell this sofa no problem I was told by staff and the manager they could not refund me and to write to an email with no name just furniture to ask for my money back this disgusting I am homeless and disabled and they are basically trying to con me out of 300 pounds I won’t leave it at this and the staff were so rude and unhelpful the fact is that sofa has not left there factory it can be sold on and I had a genuine reason to cancel and the staff did not do anything to try and get my money back just an email with no proper headed name just k furniture I will take this as far as I can to get my money refunded this is a greedy company who just con you out of money and I will not let this rest until I rightfully have my money back absolutely disgusting avoid k furniture Slough like the plague
