I purchased an ottoman bed from them in October 2023
And not even been a year the beds slats are broken

Mr Shaz(The gent I dealt with over the phone) was polite and professional. The gents who delivered and installed my bed were professional and patient.
Nothing short of a 5 star experience. My recommendation beyond doubt to anyone reading this review. Thank you Shaz.

The furniture sold is replica all made in china looks good CHEAP quality it won’t last legs break off !!!!! FOAM in sofa is cheap. They charge you 5 times the actual COST. It’s RUBBISH

This customer placed a deposit in order to hold goods at a sale price and after approx 3 months requested to cancel. Deposits are not refundable. No business can run holding goods on a deposit for nothing. We regret any shortcomings in customer service but in this case the company policy is clear and has been followed correctly.

Kfurniture you claimed company policy was followed correctly, your company policy is a scam and used to defraud customers of their hard earned money.

Kfurniture LTD should be investigated and prosecuted for fraud with intent to mislead with false information to the public,

Ali ( store manager) you claimed I deposited £300 for goods for over 3 months , your company refused to provide receipt for the deposit paid , offered no returned nor credit note when I requested to cancel my order because your sales representative constantly contacted me to arrange delivery after explaining that I was having some done in my home at no point was I informed when my bank card was been debited of the sum of £300 that I had to have the goods delivered as soon as possible, I was given a receipt and your policy was not read out to me over the telephone as I had never been to your store in person .

Policies are to prevent and protect not to defraud and scam people .

My recommendation to any person who which to purchase any goods From this website must please read reviews on this company website and log out as fast as you can .

The managers behaviour is atrocious and the sales team have been trained to provide false information to customers

Recently purchased a bed from K furniture in Hayes. The bed is really poor quality, headboard not secure and mattress hard as rock as does not fit the bed frame.
When I opened the drawers I was shocked to see blood stains on the material.
Contacted the store and was told to email customer services with pictures. Had to wait 48 hours for an automated response. Then got a response to say the blood was from the delivery driver and not a manufacturer issue.
They are refusing to give me a refund and expecting me to wait two weeks for a replacement!
Called the store and the staff was extremely rude and put the phone down on me.
Disgusting customer service!!!! Poor quality furniture/beds!!!!!
Don’t waste your money shopping here.
Will be reporting to trading standards!!

Friend had problems claiming on warranty for a sofa, and had three phone calls not returned. Tried to help and even went into store where emails that had been unanswered were found instantly. Staff were outwardly helpful but appears to be an act to make you happy because absolutely nothing happens once you’ve left the store or hung up the phone.

Now see that their very low review ratings are being suddenly reversed with 5 star reviews written every few days, especially on Google reviews, over two thirds of their reviews and almost all their good reviews in the last 6 weeks. Some may see that as suspicious.

AWFUL COMPANY Do not recommend them. They love communicating on Trustpilot by posting incorrect. replies, they do not resolve any issues and do not act in good faith. I purchased beds from here and their store manager TONY wrote the wrong order on the order form plus misled us by saying the beds come in a solid slat when they do not, now they won’t resolve the issue. I have asked for replacement beds or a refund and they do neither, where’s the good faith? They MIS SOLD products and are hiding behind terms and conditions. I will not go away, I want my money back, they have done this to many customers and I am another disabled vulnerable elderly victim. AVOID KFURNITURE SAVE YOUR MONEY SHOP SOMEWHERE ELSE! Read google & yell reviews. they are also negative so I’m not alone in my poor rating
