They arrived on Friday and are brilliant

Ordered my dress a while ago and emailed them for confirmation that it was going to be here in time for my prom. With many follow ups I still have not heard back which is extremely frustrating considering it was $250. I would not trust this brand as many people are saying it is a scam.

Scam company, sent me the wrong order and unable to return or get a response from customer services!!

Still didn't get my refund after 6 weeks and 4 mails. Thats a scam!

Had to pay tax and duty at arrival to Denmark, even though they claim it's included in the price.

Love these guys, my shoes came very quickly and there was a small issue with the order which was sorted out within a few days so I'm honestly very pleased as most companies when there are issues will take forever to resolve it! Not these guys, I had the answer to my query within a day and then the missing accessory was sent out and got to me within a couple of days after that!

I will likely always use these guys as my first port of call when buying shoes in the future! Very reliable, the product was as advertised (if not better) and the price was better than other retailers. And when there are issues? They respond quickly, professionally and get the issue resolved in no time at all. So I am pleased!

It's a scam. I ordered with express shipping a dress for an event, it has been 16 days and it's yet to be shipped.

I reached out via email multiple times with no response, commented on their IG which was deleted and no response to my DMs. I have lodged a dispute with my bank.

THIS BRAND IS A SCAM DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY AND NEVER SEND YOU THE CLOTHES OR ANSWER EMAILS.

This company is a scam!!!! The dress was pretty and good quality but it was too small for me. They approved my return for a refund. I sent the item back and as per the tracking number it has been delivered back to them. They have completely ghosted me now. Have been trying to reach out to them multiple times for the refund, no response! They took the item back and didnot refund the money. SCAMMERS!!!!!!

I purchased a dress that unfortunately did not fit. I reached out numerous times to start a return and never got a response. I finally figured out how to start the return on my own, only to not be notified when the item was returned to the company. Even worse, now that it's been returned. I have inquired as to when I will be refunded for the item, and again, silence. No response what so ever. Starting to believe this company is a complete scam. So bummed out.

Absolutely shocking customer service! They claim “no questions asked refunds” but they accept your refund, keep your items $200 and ignore all communication! I have tried messaging them on IG, FB, contact us and emailed them. They are simply ignoring me! I WOULD NEVER PURCHASE from this company again!! It’s the worst on line customer service I’ve ever experienced in my life!

loved my athena mini dress! shipping was very quick and I had ordered two dresses due to sizing confusion. Their returns process is very simple and their service is exceptional. Will definitely be back to buy more pieces.
