Very quick to dispatch my order, and prices were great. I ordered some basic Victorinox knives, and they really are living up to their well deserved reputation. Many thanks.

I keep getting hounded to leave a review... even after unsubscribing from the emails. At this point, the review requests have been more persistent than some of my relatives.
Here's the 1-star review you worked so hard for.

Antwoord van KitchenKnives.co.uk
We're sorry to hear this has been your experience.
We use Feefo to independently collect customer reviews, and the review requests are automated. These operate separately from our marketing emails, so unsubscribing from promotional communications doesn't automatically stop review invitations.
That certainly isn't intended to feel like we're hounding anyone for feedback, so we appreciate you bringing it to our attention. We'll review the frequency of these requests with Feefo to ensure we're striking the right balance.

Great customer service
I tried to buy these knives on Amazon but was not paying with a credit card so could not. Kitchen knives were fantastic, communicating quickly, organising a different method of ID check and so helpful in sorting this out- a real person with a real response!

After much searching
After much searching, I found the pan I wanted at a great price. The delivery time is quite lengthy, but they were upfront about it so no problem. After a change of plans I was likely to be away during scheduled delivery period. I got a quick and professional reply to my email, assuring me that dispatch would be delayed to suit my schedule.
Item arrived via dpd (best courier by far in my area) in excellent condition.
Based upon this experience I would use again and recommend to my friends/family.
