I played big catch fishin frenzy on 23rd Sept and landed scatter bonus, internal error message popped up and closed the game, when I reopened the game the bonus no longer there and game play as normal, played again to check it was working blah and low and behold after a few more spins I land the scatter bonus again, oh you guessed it “internal error message” and game kicked out again! I logged out cleared my cache etc go back to the game and bonus not there again. Luckily I managed to take screen shots of this happening as due to my current job I’m fully aware of how important evidence and proof is!
As I was originally playing on iPhone I decided to try my laptop and logged in that way, tried a different game Slingo Starburst, got on to bar win streak on that and yes that’s right “internal error message” and kicked out of that. Screenshots took again!
I started a chat online…. Online “Champion” asked how they could help and then cut me off when I explained, I rang the telephone number first time I got an answer and cut off second time waited for 40mins with still no answer! As per then website advice I then emailed my technical query with screen shots on there to show them.
Each day of the week I’ve tried to make contact, phone, email and chat, no answer on calls and cut off chat, no email responses what so ever not even acknowledging my request!
Today I was lucky managed to get through on chat to a guy called Roy, explained allllllllll again which you can imagine I’m tired of keep doing by now, to be told it will be escalated and will be dealt with within 15days, explained to Roy that I tried from last week but apparently my attempts don’t matter just 15 days from today! I don’t think that’s Roy’s fault in the slightest, but how dare Kitty bingo allow customers to lose out on winnings and then totally ignore all your routes of contact to them and still think it’s ok to make me wait that length of time further! I have had it confirmed off Roy there was technical issues that day so it’s that team that need to deal with, I get that, but I should not be waiting this length of time and being ignored!
I found it quite odd how the games worked ok when playing but the moment I have won bonus, “internal error message” that to me is very sussed behaviour!
I have never been a customer to complain but I when enough is enough and bad customer service! I want my winnings which I clearly played and won fair an square but now nobody willing to help me in any way in a timely manner. I’ve never encountered this style of service before and feel extremely let down!

Excluded From Playing

I have been a long time member of Kitty Bingo even winning a very substantial amount at one time. During the lock down of 2020 I came off this site as I was sat at home like everyone else and for fear of gambling too much I self included myself until the lockdown eased a lot. I self excluded right up until the middle of 2021 and I came back again. I was `assessed` before I came back on to make sure that I could afford to play `comfortably` and was accepted. My play limit was set at £25 per month which was fine with me- once done I couldn't play anymore that month. Then for some reason after playing regularly again I got a message come up in red when trying to log in saying something like `to self include contact gamstop`. I had not asked to be self excluded again and so contacted the help and support section. I was asked a list of questions I had to email back and I think because I said I am not in paid employment it has been decided that my account is not getting re-instated although I only play with £25 over a month at a time-sometimes not at all!! I consider myself to play responsibly on these sites but for some reason this is not enough. I don't know whether this site has been taken over again or they want you to play more than you do but that's not going to happen and I am very disappointed in this site that I have been excluded especially as I did not request this. What I would have done was to use the Take A Break facility if anything so I do not know what has happened here.

My mum used to thoroughly enjoy playing on Kitty Bingo. It (was) a good site back in the day. But now it seems to be one BIG scam. The error messages seem to be deliberate at particular times... and they occur more often than not! My mum has been logged out of the site numerous times, suspiciously during the free games on some of the slots she likes! So she never knows if she's won the correct amount and more recently, she hasn't even received the full amount of free games due to not being able to access the slots because of the error codes!
Definitely sounds like a scam to me, to withhold money from paying customers. We will be looking into this further.

SCAMMING FAKE SITE!!!

MINUS, MINUS, MINUS *
Nothing but server issues, having to change browsers to complete play! You win £10 on the free wheel and start playing the only games that are included, Then the game will not load so you keep trying to login again but the site ghosts you completely!!! Only to get various messages such as : ERROR 404 , Website has moved, Website permanently removed, Unable to connect to server, and many more.
So after getting frustrated you think that leaving it a day or 2 might reboot ( I changed from Chrome to Microsoft edge and went back and forth between the two ) Once I finally got back into the site my £7 from the £10 bonus i won had vanished ( May i make it clear my £7 CASH was from my winnings from the £10 bonus) . Upon talking with live chat I was told that my bonus had expired ??? Pretty dam lame when I couldn't access the site for 2 days!! I'm heading to Trust pilot as soon as I have sent this, also to social media. DISGUSTING!!

most dishonest site ever!

entered code for a bonus, didnt get it. contacted support and they lied and told me i didnt enter the code, despite me having screenshots to show me entering it. definitely not to be trusted at all. very dishonest and their support agents should be given lessons on how to spell

This is based on my own HISTORICAL experience and recent experience on behalf of my mother!
I have warned her about COWBOYS so tell her to deposit low and get a feel for a site.
These guys daulb aulderney part of RANK (clue is in the name) and this platform KittyBingo (the KI should BE replaced with an SH).
DO NOT DEPOSIT HERE. THEY HAVE ALREADY BEEN FINED OVER 5.5MILLION POUNDS for license breech which in fairness they are disputing...but thats on the back of your MONEY.
They ACTIVELY take YOUR MONEY WHILST AWARE OF "TECHNICAL" issues yet offer NO WARNINGS/UPDATES or compensation for such matters. Customer service (champions haha) are no help AT ALL ...all they do is delay, apologise and are complicit in unethical possibly ILLEGAL activity.
Many of you are aware of the site malfunctioning and logging people out which affects gameplay. That's just the start of their problems. If they are aware of issues the game is RIGGED and UNFAIR yet they wont/cant be specific. Its about time somebody did something about this. Look out for it. I feel sorry for some of the advisers they're terrified for their jobs working for pseudo gangsters. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY. At best their technology is sub-par at worst they're criminals in broad daylight thieving from the most vulnerable.

Won’t uphold their bonus promise

Found through a SPONSORED advert by kitty themselves, deposit 10, get 60 free. Ok cool. Didn’t get the bonus. Was asked to screenshot the bonus on google and, because sponsored adverts change, it wasn’t there…I found a site with the same offer but because it was an affiliate li k and not the original I used (kitty bingo themselves) I was told the offer wasn’t valid. Absolute shambles, customer service weren’t helpful in the slightest. Stay away!

I enjoy this site been here years never have no trouble with withdrawing but for last 8 months have had trouble with this 400 error thing sometimes can’t log back in for 24 hours then let’s u back on for bout half hour and goes no again so annoying

This WAS ONCE a good site to play on, the chances was pretty high, but now the shareholders must be getting really greedy,YOU DO NOT WIN PERIOD. in the past 3 months I've deposited 3k, I've won £465 and the site says winnings are completely random, no they aren't, as a gambler you know that you won't win at every time you play, but when it's never, you xan see how human fingers getting very sticky when they are in the pie, it's a rigged site . I signed up and got the welcome bonus…

I signed up and got the welcome bonus which was great. I spent the bingo bonus and I still have 10 free spins to use on Dagacube Slots and £20 bonus (presumably for slots) however no Dagacube games show up when clicking the link from the FAQ and whatever games I try I am never seeing my £20 bonus available to use anywhere! I won a further £25 bonus Tonight so now I have £45 I am unable to use as well as my 10 free spins! I sent an email a week ago to ask how I can use it and have had no response! Please advise, this is so frustrating. Oh yes and the site is very flakey - it crashes a lot and randomly logs you out.

Dreadful site/customer service

Within 5 minutes of registering the game I tried to play kept buffering then displayed a 'whoops' message !! However my funds were still being taken. Customer support was no help whatsoever I was told there was no reports of an issue with the game I was playing and it was my device. I logged out and when I tried to log back in it displayed 'this site cannot be reached' contact kittybingo.com .... already tried that waste of time.

Absolutely dreadful site and I won't hold my breath on getting a refund.
