KJ Beckett Reviews

The Bruhl trousers were a perfect fit and an interesting colour. I am already enjoying an existing pair purchased elsewhere and hope these recent ones will be as comfortable.

Great experience with this company. First time I have placed an order with them and I am very impressed. I ordered a "Powder Kimono" at a great price in their clearance sale. I paid for the next day delivery and I was kept informed every step of the way. When I had occasion to email them re tracking the email was replied to promptly and I was given a tracking number. David was very helpful and communicated really well. The kimono is beautiful and the quality is as expected from a reputable make "Powder". It is a gift and I know the recipient will be very happy. Would highly recommend this great British company.

Absolutely fantastic service. Great items. Great price too. Delivery next day. Would definitely recommend and use again

Received what I ordered fair price

KJ Beckett had just what I have searched for and at the right price. Ordering was easy and my order arrived when they promised….I will do business with them again

Excellent company. Clear product choices. Easy purchasing options. Good communication with the customer. Delivery tracked and on time. Brilliant.

Excellent products very well presented on their website. Efficient purchasing process and timely delivery according to stated timetable.

Would use again.

Great price and excellent customer service

I've placed several orders for Roka bags with K J Beckett over a period of time. They stock a huge range of bags at better prices than Roka and with lower postage costs. Occasionally delivery can take slightly longer but that's usually clearly stated in the item description so shouldn't be a surprise and with that knowledge a choice can be made whether to place an order. I've had no complaints and my most recent order was a bargain, arrived swiftly and was exactly what I wanted. It's one of the places I always look when purchasing Roka bags.

Good and quick on line service.

More detailed information on the Bruhl trousers would have been helpful I.e. exact measurements of waist and leg and hem width.

Glad to find the bag I wanted and a competitive price but badly let down by the packaging. The bag, which for me was expensive, was just bare in a grey plastic postal sack. No tissue paper or paper bag or anything protecting it. Could never order as a gift like that. Such a shame as it puts me off ordering from them again. I have a photo but can’t upload it here.

I wanted to Bruhl trousers. You had a comprehensive stock available. A little on the slow side but OK

Lovely jewellery box, great quality and great price, it also arrived very promptly.

Excellent service. The Roka bag is lovely and just the colour I wanted

Good quality product delivered promptly.

Extremely efficient. I ordered something using their guaranteed next day service, it was dispatched an hour later and arrived within 24 hours of me ordering it.

Efficient timely delivery of hard to get Bruhl trousers. Good stock management with up to date stock levels. Much better service than rival suppliers
