I ordered a pair of ladies sunglasses which did say on their website would take a bit longer - unfortunately by the time they were sent out they went missing via Royal Mail. To be fair due to the waiting and then missing out on them they did in fact refund me and a replacement free pair were sent out quickly. I can't say fairer than that so all turned out well in the end. The website does have a good selection of glasses.

Awful shipping and pitiful customer service. I ordered a pocket square for my wedding with ample time and the shipping has yet to update. I reached out to customer support to ask for an update and was also met by delayed responses with no intention to help. I ordered at the beginning of March and here we are almost 3 weeks later without my order and no help from KJ Beckett. Save your money and order from any other online retailer.

I purchased 3 Roka backpacks in different colours to compare and keep one for a holiday. I then noticed that handling and delivery time was longer than I thought so contacted the company. They replied saying they could send the corn colour I preferred immediately and would refund me the other two. They did this and the bag arrived quickly along with confirmation of my refund. Very happy with the bag, the price and the customer service.
