Roka backpacks at a great price .
Lovely bags just the colour I was looking for . Well wrapped and informed of delivery from order to day of arrival . Website a bit problematic at times couldn't turn onto next page , had to do it a different way but managed in the end . Will be using again soon .

great customer service
I rarely write reviews , but simply had to. I received an incorrect order for a pair of sunglasses and contacted customer service. David was rep and not only did he handle the “mishap” professionally and with patience, but he followed up and provided excellent customer service skills. I am MOST certainly going to order again! FABULOUS!
