DO NOT PURCHASE!!!

These were crowd funded.
1. they called them noise canceling during the pre-ordering and only LATER specified the highest dB blocking which was no more than a low grade ear plug
2. Major delays
3. Twice I updated my address to make sure the product went to the correct location
4. Got a confirmation that it was delivered and again brought to their attention that I changed my address. they wanted me to go to the old location and ask for the product before sending new ones.
5. At that point I asked for a refund cause the CS up to this point had been beyond frustrating and a waste of time
6. They sent them anyways
7. I asked them not to because I wanted a refund, they told me I could ship them back (before they had actually sent the replacements) out of my own pocket. The international shipping would have cost more than the product itself.
8. I got the 2 sets I had ordered, the white ones had been previously opened. I tried the black ones during a D&D game (6 people talking in a room) it barely blocked any noise and when I tried turning the dial the small piece of foam came off IN my ear canal. I had to have someone very carefully pull it out with tweezers.
9. My emails were ignored so I tried contacting them via social media to get a refund for my unhygienic and dangerous product that I had already requested a refund multiple times before I had received anything.
10. That was totally ignored and they eventually deleted their social media accounts.
11. I just got a FKN marketing email as they're trying to unload the last of their stock at a discount. I let them know that I was reporting them again (forgot they don't have BBB so I'll be re-reporting this as a scam to https://www. econsumer .gov/ )

I am in the process of returning the product right now because the earbuds are not even noise-dampening let alone noise-cancelling, the whole "zen-like silence" they advertise is a blatant lie. I could hear a conversation happening in my bedroom at a normal casual speech volume behind a closed door from my kitchen, 3 rooms away, with no strain at all... and the knops were on setting 4... it is ridiculous that they have no problem advertising a product so shamelessly untruthful.

Don‘t buy from them!!! I sent back my knops since they arrived far too late—contrary to the promise on their website— spent another 9 € for the retoure in MARCH....sent 5 emails so far and received nothing. No email, no money. So I threw 79 € away......☹️

Backed on Kickstarter and they claimed that they shipped the order. But they never sent me the tracking number. A dozen of emails going back and forth and they're asking me to pay 10 euro more to cover their fault. I don't know how good/bad their product is because I've never received my order, but the way they handle my order is terrible.

God awful company. Ordered on a pre order for shipment in June. Began by charging tax for an export, took a month and a half to get that refunded. No shipment, advised July. Nothing. They’ve blamed a certification issue delaying being able to ship, still nothing and now in August. Have repeatedly requested a refund, which they’ve wilfully ignored in every communication when they do bother to respond. Wouldn’t touch them again with somebody else’s bargepole. Avoid like the plague.

After waiting and waiting and waiting the Knops finally arrived very late. The sound quality is appalling and the fit extremely uncomfortable - I couldn't stand to keep them in for a 1.5 hour concert - avoid.

Waited for 6 months on my knops.
Send them back, its a useless product.
Had to treathen them with a lawyer to process my return. My knops where delivered back at 28-12 and just now I received an email that my return has been processed.
They took off E3 to replace parts and take another 14 days to pay the refund back. Unbelievable!

NEVER EVER SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE

I recieved the product after 7 months. In the meantime I tried to contact them several times by phone and email. They never answered the phone or my emails. After I recieved the product, the Knops didn’t fit and fall out my ears. Also the promised noise reduction wasn’t at all what they promised. The noise didn’t reduce even with the Knops totally closed. So I wrote again an email to ask how to return the Knops. After I didn’t get an answer, I decided to send the back with a note. I still don’t have my money back and I also didn’t get a reply from them........you are warned guys.....don’t buy this product!

Waited over 14 months, they said they'd been delivered, they hadn't. No response to emails, no refund. Avoid, be wary, not trustworthy.

I never received my product or a refund.
Thousands of people have been waiting over a year with nothing to show for it, I'm pretty sure it's a scam at this point. They use the same excuses over and over and are a poor excuse for a company, they are very evasive. Very few people have received the product and many of those who have have been disappointed by the quality. STAY AWAY.
