Needed to order Fundraising dozens for a school event. Couldn't get the desired collection day when wanting to place the order online, so I gave them a call. The lovely Rebecca was extremely helpful and accommodating, and helped me throughout the whole process to get my collection date when I needed it. Plus doughnuts are always lovely and fresh. Fantastic service!

Unfortunately I had to contact customer services due to a voucher for a free doughnut not working at Tesco but Rebecca was able to get it sorted for me very quickly and easily. Thank you for the help, I'm very much looking forward to my next visit to one of your stores!

Krispy Kreme is the epitome of delicious goodness and always leads to a dough filled smile. Their Customer Care team also bring a smile - Angela especially deserves a shout out.

Angela was super helpful in amending my fundraising order. She also responded to follow-up emails really quickly. Great service!

I order multiple times a year from Krispy Kreme and have never experienced a problem until my most recent purchase... Unfortunately my doughnuts turned up late...the order was incomplete and the seal on the box of doughnuts that did arrive had been broken.
I wholeheartedly believe that you only really begin to learn how good a company is when things go wrong with an order and I'm very happy to say that the customer service at Krispy Kreme was exceptional when dealing with this problematic order. Lynn was outstanding...truly bent over backwards making sure I got a full replacement order as well as a full refund...some of the best customer service I've ever received. It is because of her excellence that I will happily continue ordering from Krispy Kreme...it could have gone very differently after the disappointment of my order not arriving for a birthday party. Thank you Lynn so much ..you truly are a star!!!

Rebecca was very helpful and responded and solved my issue on a Saturday morning very swiftly.

After being let down by the usual courier (DPD).The customer care team went the extra mile to sort out the delivery for my wedding day arranging Citylink to deliver a replacement order for 0745 on the day Paige was outstanding on arranging the replacment and Angela contacted me on the day to ensure the order had been delivered. Thanks

User of Krispey Kreme donuts, logged on after purchasing a box and went to add code on app etc and witnessed my smiles balance was deducted I was not happy and Lynn at customer care, with good will gesture returned the smile balance, yes they do expire which I didn’t know about. thanks for giving my smiles back that I already had ;) so anyone like the idea of using the app yes they do expire.

We were only delivered 6 donuts, instead of the 30 ordered. What a disappointment as they were for the team in the office. When I called up, Lynn was very sympathetic with the issue and she has promised us a full refund. It must be mentioned that this is the only time I have ever had an issue. I then went to various locations to find more krispy kremes, it is sad that many of them have been taken away recently.

My order got lost and then found by DPD,but being perishable and all i reached out and Lynn from customer service,made sure everything got sorted right away. Polite and fast response.

The one star relates only to the app. It keeps doing me out of the correct amount of smiles. Had my account corrected several times now but it still goes wrong. Talking with the chat bot takes you round in circles. I gave up!
Nothing wrong with the store or staff, the app is the problem.

Why do you need my mobile details and email account passwords to access the app?

Having been locked out of my account and password reset requests not landing in my email account, I contacted Customer Service.
'Rebecca' has been brilliant, and gone above and beyond my expectations in sorting this out for me. When all else failed, I had to set up a new account, but Rebecca has transferred my existing Smiles for me. When Customer Service in general can be very hit & miss, it was really refreshing to deal with someone who was exceptionally helpful & very quick to respond to my emails. Every company needs a Rebecca in their customer service departments!

I left a bag with my prescriptions in your Belfast Shop I sent a message on line and Rebecca came back very quickly to give me the no to ring as the Belfast no was not listed on your site I then rant and spoke to a very pleasant lady and he had my bag so thank you Rebecca for you prompt reply

I was due a delivery today and it was showing as delivered but I didn’t have it. I did the online chat with DPD and they just told me to contact Krispy Kreme’s. So I did live chat again and within 5mins Rebecca got back to me. My parcel had been delivered to wrong address not that near either. Anyway I was offered a replacement and so that was good. Then 10 mins after that DPD appeared with my parcel so someone must have contacted him to retrieve it. Very good fast response from Krispy Kreme☺️thank you

Having ordered a selection of delicious KrispyKreme doughnuts for home delivery I realised that I had entered the wrong DPD delivery date. However, as I had placed the order the previous day, I rand Krispy Kreme customer support and the call was handled by the lovely Angela who went above and beyond and changed the delivery date. Brilliant service and many thanks to Angela.

Lynn in Customer Care was very helpful in helping us to identify where our 'missing' donuts had gone. She provided a proof of delivery with a photo from DPD which enabled us to contact the home and find the donuts!

Lynn specifically assisted me with an issue with care and understanding. May I add,I am very happy with the service I received from her colleagues too
