You always take care of things that I need

I ordered 2 nunchucks. One was excellent, but the other has a link that is not fully closed. Plus, some light rust on it. I feel as if I only bought one pair because I cant use the other one

Some how a $68 order resulted in $107 charge on my credit card.

Orders are always shipped in a timely manner. Items are delivered in good condition and prices are some of the best I have found online with quality products and the opportunity choose well known brands.

I made the mistake of buying a rattan cane on Amazon, I managed to snap it with little effort.

Extremely Disappointed with Customer Service

I am very disappointed with the experience I’ve had with this company. I placed an order for a belt and received an item that was completely different in size from what I requested. I specifically asked for size 210, but the belt I received measures approximately 330 cm, making it unusable for me.

What has been even more frustrating is the complete lack of communication. I have now sent multiple emails trying to resolve the issue respectfully and professionally, but nobody has responded. As a longtime customer — including when I owned my taekwondo gym in South Carolina and regularly purchased equipment and belts from this company — I truly expected much better service and support.

Mistakes can happen, and I was willing to work together on a simple exchange or return. However, ignoring customers is unacceptable. Sadly, this experience has changed my perception of a company I used to highly recommend.

I hope someone finally takes responsibility and reaches out to resolve this situation.

The products are worth the current price mark and ordering the correct sizes was easy. Checkout was easy and shipping information was very up to date

I purchased a Hakama. Issue with the stitching and composition. Checked with many professionals and they noted that too. Site stated that there is nothing they would do and not replace, but take it to the dry cleaner to be pressed. Issue being is that the stitching is incorrect and as such dry cleaner couldn’t help.

I am then met with it can’t be returned because it was laundered. After being told to try laundering it. Feels like a trap.

Response: 2 Months was when it was removed and tried on. This was my experience and my feeling. I also told them I would write this review and waited almost a week before writing it in case they wanted to make it right. Other experts are even saying it's wrong

I had made an order an paid for it. Just after I paid for it I realized that I had made the wrong size for what I needed. I had Immediately sent an email say that I needed the order cancelled an I would make a new one. Well they didn't want to do that.

Best prices. Orders are typically early or on time.

Half of my items did not fit, and my emails about Item Returns have gone unanswered
