I purchased a Hakama
I purchased a Hakama. Issue with the stitching and composition. Checked with many professionals and they noted that too. Site stated that there is nothing they would do and not replace, but take it to the dry cleaner to be pressed. Issue being is that the stitching is incorrect and as such dry cleaner couldn’t help.
I am then met with it can’t be returned because it was laundered. After being told to try laundering it. Feels like a trap.
Response: 2 Months was when it was removed and tried on. This was my experience and my feeling. I also told them I would write this review and waited almost a week before writing it in case they wanted to make it right. Other experts are even saying it's wrong

This item was purchased and used for two months before you requested a replacement because the pleats were no longer even. Issues with pleating occur when the specific care instructions for the garment are not followed.
Per our return policy, if an item arrives with a manufacturing defect, it must be reported immediately before the item is used or washed. It is the customer's responsibility to inspect the item prior to use and laundering. Our policy strictly states that once an item has been washed, it is no longer eligible for a return or an exchange. Therefore, we cannot provide a replacement 2 months after the item was purchased. Purchased day 3/21/2026.

Order cancelling
I had made an order an paid for it. Just after I paid for it I realized that I had made the wrong size for what I needed. I had Immediately sent an email say that I needed the order cancelled an I would make a new one. Well they didn't want to do that.

Thank you for your feedback. Our policy states that orders cannot be canceled or modified once they have been processed.
To clarify how our fulfillment works: when a cancellation email is sent over the weekend while our offices are closed, it cannot be read immediately. Emails are processed on the next business day in the order they were received.
On Monday mornings, we have hundreds of orders to process and thousands of emails to read. Because our shipping volume is so high, many orders are automatically processed and packed before we can physically reach and read your cancellation email. Just sending an email does not automatically stop an order from moving through the system. Once an order hits the fulfillment cycle, it cannot be canceled. We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your understanding of our weekend operations.

Edit: The link to the returns policy from the response to my review leads me to the email i messaged. If you have not received my emails for returns, then the returns email on your website does not work.

Patient professional Customer Service…
Patient professional Customer Service Rep helped with size choice for my shoes & was able to adjust my order quickly.
The shoes are great for QiGong, which I have been doing for 20+ years with shoes that did not allow me to feel the ground. I walk outside with them too for balance.
Delivery was smooth. Shoes are made of breathable cotton & there is plenty of room to curl my toes with each step.

If I can give them a zero I would. I am extremely disappointed with my experience at KUFU4LESS.COM. I placed an order on the 8th and received a confirmation email stating that it shipped on the 12th via UPS Ground. However, when I checked the tracking information, it indicated that the item was never actually shipped.
When I reached out to customer service for assistance, I was taken aback by the representative's unprofessional attitude. Instead of addressing the issue, he blamed me and UPS for the situation.
Thank you, KUFU4LESS.COM. As a result, my 11-year-old son will not have his uniform for the tournament tomorrow, which is completely unacceptable.
I expect a full refund as soon as the item (if it ever arrives) is received. I will not be ordering nor will I ever recommend you to anyone.

Have reasonable expectations. When an order is placed on Friday night (5/8), it is not processed until Monday morning, as we are closed on weekends. Our policy allows for 3 business days to ship an order. Your order was shipped on Wednesday—within that 3-day window—and was delivered on Saturday, which is well within the standard timeframe. If you required the item sooner, expedited shipping should have been selected, or you could have notified us of the specific date you needed it by. Your order was shipped on time and delivered within the allowed timeframe; you simply had unrealistic expectations. Most people would consider ordering and delivery within 1 week a good turnaround time
