I have not received my order
I have not received my order. I ordered 5/4/2026 and thought that I would have it for my wife on Mother’s Day. FedEx tracking says that it’ll be here by 5/13/2026 hopefully.

Shoes run smaller than normal
Shoes run smaller than normal. The return policy is frustrating!! I requested a return label and was told to send in pictures of the shoes! ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS!! I have already purchased another pair due to having to order a bigger size and now they are delaying my refund for the first pair. Poor customer service!!!

Pretty but lacking
First, I would share that one of the items in my order was never sent and was said to be refunded without explantion.
Second the slide ordered is too small and I ordered 1/2 size larger than what I usually wear. I suppose they should inform the customer that it runs small/short. Order slides 1 size larger than your actual size.
The remaining ordered items were delivered with intact packaging and are nice looking. I will be sending the slide back but return instructions lacking clarity
