The bag is beautiful but has a smell
The bag is beautiful! Upon unpacking it I noticed a strong smell of dye or polyurethane!
I will keep the bag and I will have to let it sit to air out! Overall I love the look of the bag!

They have beautiful products, I ordered a pair of sandals and even though it took a long time for it to arrive, they were beautiful. Later I bought a purse and they canceled my order after a week because they run out of inventory. I wish they could fix that, it’s disappointing. I got a refund and ordered another purse and I’m waiting for it to arrive.

Beautiful design, disappointing quality. After only about an hour of wear, the color on my daughter’s sandals already started peeling. For the price, I expected much better durability. Really unfortunate because the shoes are gorgeous.

Im highly upset! I purchased a gift for myself for Mother's day that was supposed to be delivered on Monday, May 11 that I never received! I've been giving a hard way to go from your delivery company which is Fedx. I've been in contact with them since Monday for them to say my case has been canceled. I haven't been sent a refund or anything. This is the worst experience and i will not be ordering from you guys again!

The merchandise itself was good? Although the women’s shoe sizes are very inconsistency- I wear 8 or 8.5 but in Kurt from 8.5,9, 9.5, or 10. I have 12 pairs. Also ordered my Mother’s Day gift for my mom because your site stated free delivery by Mother’s Day. Usually I get my mom more than one thing and I order earlier. This time I got her one thing and relied upon your site. Although Fed ex picked up the package from you last week they Didn’t deliver until Monday (Mothers day was Sunday) so my mom who is 85 didn’t get a gift ON Mother’s Day for the first time in her life …. Terrible !!!
