I booked a service engineeer call out - to look at issues on my gas hob. Very pleased with service provided - professional service with full explanation of checks and repairs undertaken. Has completely put my mind at ease - and clearly important that gas appliances are fully checked and verified as safe. Thank you - happy to recommend their service checks and call-out service

Aesthetically good but not a heavy duty cooker - our replaced Rangemaster was much heavier.
Main complaint is the poor quality plating on the racks - peeling off and leaving bits all over the floor of the oven etc. Our very nice Italian kitchen man commented that the stainless steel top was not of the best!! Our experience was not helped by a very arrogant person from the localish supplier who insisted we go thro' the delivery access details
etc. again (refused to accept we'd already done it) having already done this with a pleasant sales lady - said she might as well do it while we waited for a reply re. the delivery. Annoying to say the least and not listened to by said arrogant individual.
Not the greatest value for money at twice the price of a Rangemaster.

After never having a problem with our stove for 15 years the electric starter broke. I called the company and they immediately got back to me quoting the price for the part and a technician call out.
I made an appointment, they came as booked with a phone call and email confirming date of appointment.
The technician was quick and efficient.
While he was doing his paperwork I was able to clean the top of the stove that you never see and I couldn’t have gotten to on my own.
A great product and company.

We recently had a full service performed on our stove . The process from booking to engineer arriving and servicing stove was all very smooth . It was a good opportunity to confirm our in home routine of keeping clean and tidy is going well . The engineer was extremely helpful respectful and very tidy . And importantly full of knowledge and good tips .

We had an engineer come out to do a conversion of a second hand Lacanche cooker from Gas to LPG and also do a service on the cooker. The engineer (Chris) was really good. He was very knowleadgeable and took time to explain things to us and give tips on how to get the bet out of the oven.

We recently had a repair done and a full service carried out on our lovely Lacanche range cooker. The engineer was most informative and explained every step of his work. We have always found Lacanche UK / Fourneaux de France Ltd to have excellent customer service. It's nice these days to be greeted on the phone immediately by a human being and to receive a prompt professional and friendly response.

We have had our Lacanche range for about 6 years and we needed to call out the service engineer. For some reason the electric oven had suddenly given up. We contacted Lacanche and a very pleasant and competent human being answered the phone quickly - no chatbots or excessive delays. The service date was arranged for about a week later.

On the day, our service engineer showed up on time and he could not have been better. He was charming, tidy, extremely knowledgable and able to fix the problem. He also was happy to regulate our gas oven, check the gas hob burners to ensure they were all working as well as possible and also to change a rubber oven seal. He did all this quickly and at a fair price - when he left we had achieved everything we wanted and in quick time. It is rare to meet an engineer as competent as this. Well done him and well done Lacanche !

Absolutely perfect after sales service. I booked in my 12 year old Lacanche for its first service (my fault, never got round to it and it was working perfectly). The engineer arrived promptly, carried out all necessary works and didn’t go looking for issues that might have required extra parts. Throughout he explained to me how the cooker works and how to get even more from it. He was amazing. The cooker is now working even better than it was before and has many, many more years left in it.

Lacanche engineer attended for a service of our Cluny range as we were experiencing a few minor problems. He was very thorough and knowledgeable and I felt the cooker had been given a good overhaul. Communication was good with Lacanche, the engineer came on time, so would 100% recommend.

From the 1st enquiry to the installation of our new Lacanche cooker everyone we have dealt with has been extremely helpful and very knowledgeable. A stunning focal point of the kitchen along with being a fantastic versatile cooker.

The engineer knew everything about the cooker and was able to advise on how each oven could best be used. He made all the necessary repairs quickly and without any fuss and left us with a cooker that was as good as new.

My fairly old Ambassade Lacanche range has done me several years of excellent service - over 20 to be precise! It has now needed attention for the gas and electric ovens over the last two years. Leon the serviceman has dealt with it on both occasions. He is extremely knowledgable and has a solution and parts to rectify any problems.
Even more importantly you think the job is done so thoroughly that your appliance is safe to use.
I did have to wait a couple of weeks for an appointment, but it is worth the wait knowing that you are going to receive great service from someone who understands the cooker and the brand.

We are so pleased with our Lacanche Vezelay. It makes a stunning centre piece to our new kitchen, but is also a fantastic cooking appliance with everything you would want and more!

We have owned a LaCanche for many years and recently had a full service booked for it. The booking process and explanation of work to be undertaken was straightforward and transparent. Graham the engineer was ( as always) on time, friendly and professional throughout the visit.
The team supporting operations are reliable and efficient. It's a pleasure doing business with them.

This was the first service that we booked since we bought our Lacanche in 2017. The engineer was first class. He explained what he was doing all along the way and was very helpful with tips and tricks to keep our cooker in top notch condition. Booking was very simple and we were lucky to get a slot the very next day. Our cooker is now tuned and working brilliantly.

We inherited the Cluny when we moved in , [ apparently 26 years old ] and after 6.5 years decided it needed a new lease of life, as it had deteriorated due to our lack of maintenance on our behalf ]. Anyway chased down Lacanche and had a few chats with Jane in the services department [ realised the knobs and burners were actually brass - ours had gone black ] , got a good tip from Jane on soaking in vinegar and lemon juice for 24 hours , lovely shiny knobs . Booked a serious repair and service visit, knowing how much was needed - got a call saying the engineer had a cancellation and could come a day early, Graham phoned to confirm, phoned again to confirm visit time, turned up as advised. Worked with us for 4 hours, nothing too much trouble, left us at 7pm with a fully working Cluny. I dont normally do reviews, because I dont normally get a service worthy of bothering these days [ grumpy old man ].

We had our 6 yr old range cooker serviced last week. The guy was spot on. Nothing too much trouble. Explained elements of self maintenance which was really useful, and had I wanted I could have stayed and watched what he did. Couldn’t fault the service.

Lacanche UK said the engineer would ring beforehand to announce his visit which he did.The engineer was very pleasant & professional.He did the service during which he pointed out several things which were helpful & which I hadn't known about. His advice about how to look after the cooker to keep it efficient & to prevent problems was most useful.All in all, well worth the service!

My Lacanche cooker is 21 years old and is as good as new. The Lacanche engineer was excellent when my cooker was recently serviced. Highly recommend Lacanche.
