Avoid this company at all costs. They have been caught mis-selling used parts and have no issue with it. When called out - they are arrogant and rude. Also known as "Cambridge_Accessories" on eBay, and their website redirects to "Greenbridge" - very pretty website but as empty of value as are their ethics. Two employees - both directors. Company based in Liverpool and yet the directors reside in Jersey - clearly for tax avoidance reasons. To be reported to the consumer protection organisations.

Terrible products. Purchased a laptop that did not even power up. Junk. Won't buy from these cowboys again!

Told them very clearly to not reset my laptop as it is not necessary and I have loads of stuff on it. They were only putting a couple of screws in the back plate of my laptop. They also took off all of my stickers that were on the laptop including the intel sticker. Ruined my laptop for what. Putting 4 screws in. What a joke.

Wouldn't wish my worse enemy to deal with these cowboys. Avoid at all cost

My daughter ipad was sent in via domestic and general sky protect to greenbridge technologies also known as laptop power for a simple charging port issue. when the ipad was returned by laptop power not greenbridge i was a little confused but thought oh well its back and thats the main thing but upon inspection they had replaced the screen when sorting the issue out which is not necessary if they did the job correctly. in return they replaced the screen with a very light weight flimsy cheap chinese digitizer which i was not happy about at all as it feels like it can break very easily. the next thing i noticed was marks on the top edge of the chassis where they had used brute force to pry the screen off in turn damaging the chassis after this i tried to plugin the ipad to make see if the original issue had been sorted but it hadnt or they had done such a bad job at replacing the charging port that it was still having charging issues. I have reported this matter to domestic and general sky protect who say they are investigating but so far have failed to provide any updates or tell me what to expect once they have completed there investigations. so today i have sent an email to domestic and generals CEO in the hopes that it will get sorted. i have no contact information to the director of greenbridge technologie aka laptop power otherwise i would be contacting him directly. i have been offered by domestic and general to have the ipad sent back to greenbridge but i have no confidence in them so was then told that i could have it sent to a different service center called laptop power which i also refused knowing that they are both the same company i told domestic and general this and the acted all surprised at what i had told them which to be honest i think they knew they were the same company before offering me a different service centre.

0 stars these people are trained to make your life hell 2 months to repair a I pad 11 inch pro it came back with the wrong screen and kept sending it back and still a cheap replacement screen you call them they lie and take the p—ss I made complaints against them then domestic and general get involved through there partnership with sky protect and also talk to you like a peace of dirt they are allowed to replace counterfeit screens if you are classed as a human being avoid all these companies as it is all a fraudulent scam how they get away with it god only knows Darren

My Insurer told me to send my Laptop which began running very slowly a few weeks before, to Greenbridge who outsourced the repair Laptop Power

before it was going to be sent back, i looked at the report and all it said was "Basic plastics replacement required"

So I started up a chat, to ask if they could tell me what had been causing my Laptop (quite a good one i5 11th gen, 8GB ram, Intel Iris XE) to suddenly run very slowly and what had they done to fix it

could get any answer other than "it had been fixed"

This lack of transparency led me to believe that they didn't know what to do and I suspected that it would be unchanged when I got it back

I received it two days later and its not been fixed!. still as slow as before they got it.

But it is cleaner. So they returned a cleaned piece of junk

I tried to contact them about this , they said the "laptops been fixed, so contact your insurer", and then shut down the chat

They are an absolutely rubbish company, and the rating system should allow for NO stars

Been buying from this company for many years, and over the years had good service but over the last few months i have had faulty parts sent to me, emails take days to reply to....not sure if they have had a major change but its not a change for the good....i have customers to look after too, and Laptop power are bringing me down with them!

I ordered a charger from laptoppoweradapterscom

I have had no email back from them and still waiting on the charger to come but dont think it will come but i want them to email me back if not police will be involved

Be aware if you send your laptop of for repair with Domestic and general there use this company but there trade under Greenbridge STAY AWAY FROM THESE GUYS

You call them and they dont have a clue just ask you to email sales. No help at all

I initially gave this company a bad review when A part I ordered via Amazon didnt arrive, (Amazon actually advised me to leave negative feedback). However, the company did send out a replacement the following day, and went out of their way to do so. I'm deducting a star because they were unreachable and unresponsive at first (maybe my bad review whipped them into shape!) . Anyway they do deliver, and it is what I paid for.

Dreadful! If I could give zero stars I would. Ordered an ASUS laptop charger. Eventually arrived, used it for 15 minutes in which time it became red hot. Emailed company, requesting a full refund under their ‘30 day money back guarantee’. Reply came just asking for the item to be returned (at my cost to CHINA - no mention of refund. Charger is a cheap dangerous fake. Website is set out to give you the impression it’s a UK based company. Avoid!

My charger never arrived. They have failed to contact the courier for an update and are now ignoring my emails. I’ve just given them money for nothing. Company based in China so can’t get my money back. Basically a scam. Update: ASUS confirmed that the charger is a fake and invalidates the warranty of my laptop if used

Warning! This is NOT a honourable company!
After sending back a faulty battery that failed after only four charges. They refused to recompense me for over six quid in postage charges incurred, by saying that the battery wasn't faulty. ( Totally dishonest )
They did however give me a refund for the cost of the battery.
So BE WARNED!!!

Pretends to be a U.K. Based company but is actually in Hong Kong. So delivery takes weeks. Not 24 hours as stated on the fake reviews for the site.

Now I have to wait 2-3 weeks for an adaptor I thought was coming via Royal Mail straight away. I needed this adaptor quickly.

Beware of this site and read the negative reviews already left before ordering. I feel I'm out £30 too!

i followed all the steps to buy a new adapter and when it came it was the wrong one,not a problem i thought i will just email them and ask to swap it for the right one easy. WRONG 4 e-mails later nothing and ive phoned them aswell and its like there closed for hoilday. its been ten days from when it arrived and im stuck with no working laptop and a company that is'nt around when things go a little wrong.

I've not received this order. I purchased on next day delivery and did not get it as advertised. I waited a few days to give them the benefit of the doubt but didn't get it. I contacted them asking for a refund as I had not received my order and they stated they will look into it. Then they stated it had been delivered according to tracking. I stated again that I had not received it so it doesn't matter what tracking states. They fobbed me off repeatedly, stating they will look into this further. I then had to make a claim with paypal because I was getting no where with this 'customer services' department. Paypal however could not help as they provided the tracking information. I feel like I've been robbed of over 30 quid! I've not got the charger and have had to purchase one elsewhere so I'm even more out of pocket. All I'm asking for is a refund for an item I have never received!

i bought a second laptop charger from this site and the delivery for both was timely and the products both seemed up to good working order. However my laptop charger which is now only 7 months old and within warranty has now started to brake and my laptop requires a mains power supply to work. I have emailed several times, tried to ring, facebook messaged them but nothing. It seems as though im being ignored. I live in Ireland too so i don't have an opportunity to go to one of their retail stores. Im guessing its going to be a case of having to buy another charger from a different more reliable and reputable company.
