Laptop returned unfixed.
My laptop was stuck at 3%. Sent it in factory reset and with the charger as instructed, it took just shy of a week to get back to me.
Upon return, I powered it up and saw it was on 15%, so I leave it on charge overnight, just to still find it on 15% the next morning.
Contacted Greenbridge to ask what's going on. The online chat representative then asked ME if I think it could be the charger.
I politely reminded that I sent the charger along with the laptop the first time (as instructed!), so that they would be able to fix the problem/s then tell me if it was the charger or battery or mobo or whatever.
Not sure what was done with my laptop the first time around, however I have it booked back in this week for yet another week for them to fix.
I am more than happy to obliterate this one star review and leave a fresh 5 star one, if my laptop/ charger or whatever it is actually comes back fixed this time, but for the time being, I'm sorry but this one star is genuinely deserved.

Outstanding service
Honestly, the service I received was outstanding. I was kept updated throughout, with photos along the way, which I really appreciated. I’d highly recommend using these guys. My little lad is over the moon now that he can see his screen again, thank you so much!
Waste of time!
IPad froze and was sent to Greenbridge. Returned after 10 days wit report stating it had been tested and was working. When I attempted to use it, it was exactly the same as when I sent it. Screen stating no recovery possible yet the report gave a list of everything tested and working. Called your helpline and explained the problem and was told I would have to call Domestic and General and send it back, but assistant was rather dismissive.
I took it to the local Apple Store where 5 recoveries were attempted to no avail. I purchased a new iPad and insured it with Apple and would not recommend you.
Alienware PC
Sent my Alienware PC to them, they resolved the issue and returned the unit in a very quick space of time. Great communication and service.

First was my tablet it now has a Strange mark on the screen
The second Laptop they wrote off (and supplied an inadequate replacement)
The third Laptop is still with them 🤦♂️
The people on the phone haven’t got a clue! Really hard to get any sense!

I thought it would be a nightmare experience but it was the opposite.My son is very happy too as everything is as good as new.Thankyou greenbridge.
Worst ever company
So not the first time my insurance company sent my iPad to them and they are the worst company, it’s difficult to contact them and when you manage to they are “computer says no” type of people!
Interestingly they are not an authorised Apple company either so no official Apple components!
