Great quick service

The laptop was never collected.still sitting in my home
The first time, the courier came before the collection̈ date and we weren't home.
The courier never turned up on subsequent agreed dates.
I took time off work on those days.
I am very very disappointed

Sent my iPad to greenbridge and was kept fully in the loop of what was happening. The parts were going to take too long so a replacement was issued and delivered extremely quickly. Would highly recommend. I had never had to claim through insurance before and didn’t know what to expect but was so much easier than I imagined thanks to greenbridge.

Honestly never had such a smooth stress free process. Daughters ipad screen was smashed. Right from logging the claim, they arrange a courier to pick it up and had it dropped off within a week like brand new! Completey faultless. Thank you

It was great when I first got it i couldn't get my apps back but after a while it all came back on and thanks for my new chrombook cable

Poor communication, estimated repair time was a week out, they did not update this as they needed parts, I had to keep phoning up asking for updates . It’s my son’s laptop but they would not speak to me, even though they had all my contact details apart from name it was his name . Delivery was a shambles waited in all day for Royal Mail, and then at 8pm said they couldn’t deliver that day so had to wait in again the next day. DPD pick up was excellent 1 hour pick up slot.
