I had a new battery fitted in my iPad.
It was a Competitive price, local to me & completed within the time given.
Great service

My mac laptop suddenly became extremely unwell and as a freelance designer my laptop is my world, so I was in dire trouble. iMend had fixed my iPhone previously so I hoped they could help me with my apple laptop.
They replaced my very damaged battery, cleaned the fans and upgraded my operating system so 3 days later I'm back working again. I would definitely recommend these guys. Professional. Knoweldgeble. Efficient. Very reasonably priced and most incredibly, they're locally based!

Imend is a professional and friendly service. Hazel and Paul provide expertise and helpfulness in equal measure, sensitive to the wishes of the clientele. It serves its community, which, from what I understand, is grateful. There is no need to go into the big city with its inherent inconveniences to find a chain store. Long may it thrive.

Have used the Upper Beeding store a couple of times now and always got great and prompt service at a reasonable price.

Hazel was clear in diagnosing the faults with my lap top. She updated me as agreed over the days that they had it. The laptop faults remedied. Good customer experience.

I dropped my phone off at about 12.07 pm & the battery was fitted & I was told it was ready to collect within approx 1 hour.

The problem with my iPhone was identified quickly and I was advised a replacement camera was required. Although not in stock Imend ordered the part that day. I was advised the next day that the new camera was now available and they fitted it then. I was very pleased with the service and would readily use them again and recommend them.

Many thanks to Josh and Paul for recovering the data on an elderly mobile phone which hadnt ever been backed up. We thought it was terminal and a brutal experience in managing technology and important personal information. Very much relieved with a lesson learnt.
