I'm sure the repair will be good once it's returned but I cannot get hold of them on the phone to chase (on hold nearly an hour on Friday) and it takes ages to receive an email response back.

I sent my iPhone off for liquid damage and was told it is a fast service. After a week I sent an email asking for an update and was made aware it needed a new screen. I agreed to this and they did have the policy that if they couldn’t sort the screen I wouldn’t be charged which was good. It was however from this point it went down hill. They had my phone for a further 3 weeks and communication was none existent unless I called them. Each time I called I was told it’s nearly ready and kept getting fobbed off with how bad the water damage was. It was finally ready and they sent it back next day with UPS. To be fair it works fine now but it honestly took over a month all in all!

Prompt and effective repair of my phone screen via post-in service. Only 4 stars because I received an email requesting my passcode, which I do not believe was made clear to be a requirement whilst agreeing to the service, and was unnecessary for a screen repair. However they were very accommodating to perform the repair without the passcode for a shorter warranty, which I think was fair.

phone was working fine however now it has been a couple months my phone screen is now playing up, the touch is not working well in the centre of my screen

Looks good but no local engineers and I didn't want to send it away. I was particularly keen to use the option to have it fixed at home. I would be happy to take it into a repair hub but that wasn't an option

Engineer very good

Excellent service from start to finish. I phone battery needed replacing. Booked on line, 15 mins later received call advising engineer will call with an appointment, shortly after engineer called with a time and arrived as promised. Within 3 hours phone was sorted. Very good price too! Highly recommend

Hello thank you for the quick repair service. We sent the iPhone 6s Plus the first day after selecting the repair options, it was received the following day then sent back after the repair jobs were completed also their was a checks list enclosed with the iPhone on return.

Couldn’t be happier with this service, had my phone fixed today after calling them in the morning. Had it done in ten minutes and it looks brand new! So relieved to find a company that knows what they’re doing for such a great price as well. I will definitely be using them again if needed!

My iPhone 7 Plus had an issue with the Audio IC, an issue I went to apple about and they told me there was no way this could be fixed and my only alternative was to buy a brand new phone.
