Really excellent service, brought my phone in to the shop very badly water damaged and they said they would try to do everything they could and advised me what to do, they fixed the phone and were very truthful and helpful. Fully recommend.

I went to iMend to see how much they would offer for my old iPhone. The amount the offered was 60% of that offered by MusicMagpie.

Collected iPhone from iMend Drumcondra just now. Excellent, friendly and professional service that went the extra mile.
I was running late and he kept the shop open to accommodate and stayed to talk chargers and options until much later than closing as I had a drive to collect.
Great deal on the phone and he gave a nice discount on chargers and cables (even threw in a gift of a nice compact battery worth €40).
I’ve no association with the shop but just want to share me honest feedback. Cant recommend them enough. Buy with confidence. I’ll see iMend again when I’m next changing my phone. Thanks again!

They have just opened again for business after the lockdown. Very good communication and easy to do business with. Went to collect from the store in Drumcondra and superb price for the product and they gave me a mini car charger as a gift. Highly recommended!
After getting my head around paying alot for a new phone (iphone 11), my husband sifted through the internet to get pricing and Imend.ie Drumcondra had the better price. They were very efficient and helpful, (even with picking out colours.... red or white :)); they offered to put on my (purchased) screen protector (with no bubbles) for me.
When I arrived home I realised that there was a EU 2 pin plug in the box, which I wasn't happy with, but I just rang the manager and he will replace the plug for me, with no issue.
I would highly recommend Imend Drumcondra.
went in to buy new iphone 8 as my other phone was beyond help. bought phone for the same price as advertized, but when that phone got stuck in a restart loop they replaced it for free. top lads
The service was good and the price was...ok ish at the time, but about 4 months later and the screen was horrendous to use - it went hypersensitive and was doing all sorts of things that I didn't ask it to! Ultimately I was disappointed, spent £60 and then still had to pay the full apple amount to get it done properly :(
Don’t touch them I sent my phone in for a new battery and they said the screen was faulty I had it returned with new battery and no screen repair it works fine but the microphone doesn’t work nothing to do with them #### ‘money making schemes and a half’
Contacted this morning as a business customer requesting urgent repair. Contract with I mend now moved to mazuma no longer a home service need to send away three days turnaround they claim with postage probably 7 days . Great service ..not. Called the call centre today as can no longer book on line. Advised I would get an e mail to book repair. No e mail after two hour wait now cant get through to the contact centre. The company I am with is a nationwide account god help private customers if this is the service supplied to business customers.. very poor
I would give zero stars if I could. When I was 17 I smashed my iPhone 6 and decided to use my birthday money to repair the damages. I couldn’t go back to Apple as I didn’t have AppleCare+ and iSmash was simply too expensive for me at the time. I decided to try out iMend as it had good reviews on this site. I called up and scheduled for someone to fix my phone. A date and time was arranged with the man who was assigned to fix my phone, I waited for him for a long time and decided to give him a call, only for it to go straight to voicemail. After a couple more call attempts, I get a text saying he couldn’t make it because another customer was taking more time than expected. I thought, “okay understandable, stuff happens”. When we organised another day/time, everything went smoothly and I thought it was great. Then, 48 hours later my phone screen would not turn on at all. The screen was nothing but pitch black and already coming off at the sides of the phone, whenever I pressed the power button there was a light behind the screen, but no display coming on the screen as it was not attached properly and virtually falling off. My phone was useless and it was even more frustrating because my father was in hospital at the time and I had to keep in touch with my family. I called back up and scheduled to get my phone repaired by the same man who came to “fix” it. He told me that it was not his fault and that this wasn’t covered in the guarantee. At this point I was really angry and I tried to tell him that, despite the cracked screen, my phone was working fine before he changed the screen. I made it clear to him that I really needed it fixed because of the situation with my dad being in hospital. The man then began to be VERY rude and aggressive telling me “so what? I’ve got my own problems too” and I said I understand but this isn’t really acceptable for my phone to be like this. He then proceeded to tell me that he’d never had any complaints from anyone before “especially not from a child like you [me]”. I thought this was incredibly rude and unprofessional because although I was under 18 at the time, I was still a valid customer. He then took my phone and replaced the screen he had originally fitted with an old faulty iPhone screen from a previous customer. I asked him if he was going to charge me for this and he ignored me. I asked him one more time, and he said “No I wont so stop getting all stressy”. Once again, very rude. At this point I was exhausted from dealing with this whole situation that I just took the phone with the faulty screen of someone else’s phone. So at the end of all of that, I was left with a still faulty screen and an extremely bad experience. I would never recommend this service to anyone. And although other companies like iSmash are more expensive, in hindsight it would’ve been worth it because it would save me a lot of stress and would mean I wouldn’t have to deal with insanely rude iMend employees.
