I ordered the dress for one of my daughters weddings and the dress was perfect. It fit perfectly and the color was spot on. So comfortable too. It flowed when I walked and many compliments were received on it.

If I could give this website 0 stars I would. They are a scam! Their return policy has since been updated.. but when I bought 3 dresses to try different styles for my sisters wedding back in September no where did it state that I would not be able to return them if they didn’t work out. I had planned to return at least 2 the whole time since I would not need 3 dresses I just wanted to try the different styles. After they arrived and didn’t work out I inquired about the return They informed me that I would have to pay return shipping costs back to china to receive my refund or to save on those costs they would refund 30% of my order. I ended up agreeing to the 30% because shipping costs to china for 3 dresses were astronomical! It has been 3 months and they are still saying my refund was unable to be completed do to “refund risk control rejection” and are doing nothing to help me! Their excuses make absolutely no sense! The worst customer service I have ever experienced! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

I utilized the dress twice. Once for my besties wedding and the other for my brother's wedding. I got so many compliments on it and felt like a total princess!

It was very easy to get a dress custom fit for me. It fit like a glove.

The dress looked and fit almost to perfection (customized fit)! Material was good as well.

I love that I was able to change the dress's back to lace-up. The dress came in sooner than expected and it fit beautifully.

dommage qu’on ne puisse pas mettre zéro étoile, j’ai commandé une robe sur le site en arrivant je n’étais pas du tout satisfaite de la qualité ni de la taille. J’ai donc souhaité la renvoyer, et lavetir n’a pas voulu me rembourser la totalité de la robe, et en plus de ça j’ai dû payer 40 € de frais d’envoi qui ne m’ont pas été remboursé non plus alors que je n’étais pas au courant de ses frais en cas de renvoi, avant de commander la robe.
J’ai eu de nombreux échanges avec le service client qui n’a rien voulu entendre, j’ai donc fait un signalement à la DGCCRF, n’ayant pas eu de nouvelles je vais refaire un signalement. Je me suis renseigné et ce n’est pas légal de faire ça, ils ne peuvent pas imposer des frais sans que le consommateur soit au courant avant de passer commande.
La qualité de la robe était vraiment médiocre pour le prix, la couleur n’était pas la même, la taille ne correspondait pas, je ne recommande pas ce site, c’est une arnaque, malgré le fait que la qualité ne soit pas là, je m’attendais au moins à un geste commercial, mais non je n’ai pas été remboursé de la totalité de la robe j’ai perdu 80 € en tout avec les frais pour le retour.
