I got the dress quickly and it was beautiful. I love the fit, it did not need any alterations and the color was perfect. It was well made with straight stitching and no loose threads or frays. It held up very well for a wedding and the party after. I would absolutely order from here again and highly recommend it. As far as sizing I went by my actual measurements and it fit perfectly.

Ich habe bei Lavetir ein Kleid in meiner abgemessenen Größe bestellt, basierend auf den Angaben der Größentabelle auf der Website. Als das Kleid ankam, war es deutlich zu groß – die Maße haben überhaupt nicht mit den angegebenen Werten übereingestimmt.

Wir sind 6 Brautjungfern und bei uns allen waren die Kleider viel zu groß.

Auf meine Reklamation hin bekam ich die Antwort, dass das Kleid angeblich einer Schaufensterpuppe in dieser Größe passen würde und somit korrekt sei. Beim Kundenservice wurde mir ein Rabattcode angeboten für die nächste Bestellung, oder eine Erstattung von 20%, aber keine vollständige Rückerstattung oder Umtausch.

Ich musste das Kleid schliesslich von einer Schneiderin ändern lassen – die Änderung hat genauso viel gekostet wie das Kleid selbst. Auch sie meinte, dass die Größentabelle von Lavetir absolut nicht stimmig sei.

Zu allem Überfluss habe ich dann auch noch nicht den vollen Betrag zurückerstattet bekommen, wie es eigentlich vereinbart war (diese 20%).

Comprei um vestido no site, pedi exatamente o modelo que está nas imagens, de seguida enviaram-me um email a pedir as minhas medidas e eu enviei as minhas medidas como me pediram. O vestido chegou com as medidas certas, mas não tem absolutamente nada a ver com o que anunciam no site.

Quando pedi devolução, só me quiseram devolver 25% do valor, dizendo que não aceitam devoluções de artigos feitos à medida. Isto é um abuso, porque o problema não é das medidas — é o facto de o vestido ser completamente diferente do anunciado.

Atendimento fraco, sem responsabilidade. Não recomendo a ninguém.

This company just wants your money. I ordered a bridesmaid dress that I paid for expedited shipping, arrived 2 weeks after my friends wedding. I no longer needed it, tried to return it (unopened), they would not provide me with a return shipping label, and were going to charge for a restocking fee. In general it would’ve taken the amount I paid for the dress to get it returned. Very inconvenient, I would avoid ordering from them! Find a different dress company that is more empathetic and willing to help accommodate your return.

*******This what they sent to me. The pantsuit did not look nothing like the picture. The blouse was completely wrong. Horrible quality of material. I'm sadly going to keep it but will purchase some different fabric for the front of the blouse and have a seamstress change it . DONOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!! The bridesmaid dress I ordered arrived damaged during delivery, but Lavetir’s customer service was incredibly responsive. They quickly shipped me a replacement dress, and it arrived well before the wedding day. The material, quality, and overall look exceeded my expectations.

Kein Kundenorientiertes Unternehmen!
Kleider per Expressversand um 50€ bestellt ( Homepage stand 5 Werktage) kam nach zweimaligen Nachfragen nach 14 Tagen an! Wobei eines der Kleider fehlte. Und das Unternehmen sieht ihre Fehler nicht ein und besteht darauf beim Rückversand das der Käufer Kosten trägt und pro Kleid 35% behält.
Noch nie so ein schlimmes Unternehmen gehabt. Würde ich keinem empfehlen

Ich hatte drei Kleider bestellt wobei nur zwei angekommen sind. Am Ende muss ich sagen zum Glück denn der Rückversand ist super kompliziert und man trägt die gesamten Rücksendekosten nach China und bekommt höchstens 70 % des Kaufpreises erstattet.

DO NOT buy from Lavetir! The dress I paid £89 for didn't even look like the picture and I asked to return it. They have ridiculous restocking fees and the return shipping costs are ridiculous .They said as a goodwill they will give me 20% back what I paid! I did read the reviews on their company website and felt confident buying from them. But, now I cannot find anywhere to leave a review on their website. Shame on them from scamming their consumers.

The dress is the exact color I needed. The size was on point. The fabric is amazing. I’m very happy with my purchase.

My dress was here on time and ordering was easy

Do not buy from this company they are crooks I purchased 2 dresses 350.00 I asked before i purchased these dresses is there a restocking fee I was told no as long as I send it back before 30 days I said ok and purchased these dresses. When I received them they are not true to size I was told to get a 24 im a 16 in pants 2x in tops so I purchased these dresses 24 did not fit I ordered peacock color it was green. On top of all this I was told now I have to pay shipping called for a quote 189.00 to ship it back and there’s a 30% restocking fee so I would have gotten 245.00 -189 I get a whopping 56.00 back…..like I said crooks. Oh and they also charge you 6.89 for easy return this means nothing………..if you want to throw money in the wind and support crooks then go ahead purchase from this company. I will post this on all media.
