Alway have something interesting in the shop I try to go every Saturday with the wife and often come out of the shop two or three maybe five hundred pounds lighter 😅, Staff always help and give honest advice regrettable couldn't supply me with a Nikon D850 with 50mm lens filter and Nikon battery grip with spare battery had to go to Wex wife spent over three thousand pounds at Wex.
This camera was bought as a birthday present from the wife.

THE BEST customer service. Five stars are not enough. When I need another second hand camera I won’t bother to look anywhere else I will come straight here. The customer service is faultless. When there was an unforeseen problem with my camera they sorted the whole thing out without a quibble and every email was kind. What more can you ask?

Absolutely brilliant service from the Newcastle branch. I bought a used Sigma 50mm 1.4 but ended up returning it as I was not happy with it.

The returns process was easy and fast. The staff were a pleasure to deal with. Delivery to Northern Ireland was next day (brilliant as it was free).

Used camera in excellent condition, purchased online, promptly dispatched - very satisfied customer!

After complaining about poor service from one branch of lce it was soon remied with the expertise from another branch who fell over backwards to help. The product was as described , delivery was 100%received the item next day which was free as spent over £100.The only downfall was the outer packaging was very gritty (could have been better)!Have used this company several times they never let you down when buying something. The only thing that needs to change is the way you can purchase items problems with certain branches using links to buy stuff never work! being able to put your items in the basket like other shops you never get a problem so please lce give all shops the power to use the latter as it is frustrating when you have lost an item waiting for the link to arrive,also you are restricted buying with your card over the phone.

Spoke with Sonny on phone enquiring about used len, bought after discussion, it arrived next day packed really well ,was exactly as explained in condition couldn't ask for better service.

As I live across the water(channel islands) I was afraid that i was being scammed at first (always a worry when ordering from a place one has never ordered before ),with all the emails that said it was here but was not and forever checking my mailbox theres was no sign "oh me of little faith".. I was not,scammed and I have in my hands my orders YIPPEEEEEEE!!!! 5 Stars to LCE .

Very helpful phone call with the Newcastle branch who was genuinely interested in the sort of camera I was looking for. She found the one I had seen tried it and gave me feedback on the results. She then directed me to another camera in Hereford which she said would be even better for my gransdson who wanted an optical zoom for photograph birds. The Hereford shop was equally helpful ensuring that the camera was prosted directly to my grandson.
