Established in 1987, and a London Camera Exchange since 2015, we are located in the busy suburb of Gosforth, just a few minutes north of the city centre. We sell all of the best and newest bits of kit, from the leading manufacturers. We offer part exchange and have a comprehensive range of used equipment. Our very friendly team of five are all approachable and knowledgeable. We are all photographers as well as working within the shop, so its not only our business it's our personal interest. So we will always give you our honest advice and expertise.

Excellent mail order service.
My ‘local’ LCE store is the Southampton (Civic Centre) branch where the service is always exemplary.
When I saw that the Newcastle branch had a used example of a lens I wanted I had no hesitation in ordering it.
My e-mails were dealt with, promptly and efficiently, by Richie and the lens was delivered to me the next day.
Although the lens was ‘used’ it was in perfect condition and I was delighted with it.
The Newcastle branch lived up to the extremely high standards I have come to expect from LCE.

Staff a product
For me working with any organisation they key to success its availability of product and staff. In London camera exchange Newcastle the staff are skilled with the products they are totally committed to helping you find the right equipment and taking the time to ensure you know how to use it properly. a great sense of humour is also nice. I can't praise them enough and they are my go to camera provider.
