There is a discrepancy between the length of my lease between the freeholder and the land registry l. I was advised to get in contact with both of them. I did and they are still contradicting each other. None the wiser! No help for my situation.

Great service
I found the phone call with your advisory service more beneficial than my initial written request. I really appreciate this service that the government provides as the world of lessor and lessee is so complicated and a real minefield. I guess this is like citizens advice, but with an expertise in leasehold issues for flat owners. Thank you for your help with advice regarding going forward with a first tier tribunal.
