No tracking. Have yet to hear anything about my order all I know is o have been charged. I’m starting to question the legitimacy of this website

I was very satisfied with my order and also the delivery of my order I don't do a lot of ordering online but this company is about their business so well I'm getting ready to order another jacket from them 6 stars for this company

Worst Company ever bought a jacket for $150 and it was not as advertised! They say they have a 100% satisfaction guarantee but when I tried to return the jacket they offered me a 10% refund what a joke! Stay away from Leather Jacketz they are a joke!

Got the original jacket I ordered, unfortunately it was too small- my mistake. Leather jacketz customer service replied to my email very quickly and handled the situation. The size up is on its way and I couldn’t be happier. I appreciate their quick replies and helped me fix my problem

Scammers. I ordered a Nike golf hooded pullover and they sent me some knockoff hooded sweater with a fake Nike swoosh glued to the front!

I sent their customer service an email complaining about the product. It was too small, not the same product AT ALL, and was a fake. Not even remotely like the image on their website.

In the package was a card that said 100% satisfaction guaranteed. WRONG!

Their customer service sent me a message and offered to give me a 15% refund of my purchase and to keep the sweater as it was shipped from Pakistan and would be too costly to send back. WOW!

We emailed back and forth several times and they kept me running around.

Eventually, I agreed to a 50% refund to just stop the crazy “negotiations”. Took me a week to get them to agree.

STAY AWAY!

Love the quality and the sizing is right on. Beautiful craftsmanship. Customer service was awesome as well.

I'm only giving one because for whatever reason they don't let you give zero. Read this slowly. Do. Not. Buy. Anything. From. This. Company! They are a total scam and I'm glad I used my credit card and not debit card so I'm going to get my money back no matter what. They mention a refund that I know is never going to come. Luckily CC company is going to handle it.
I wish I had read the reviews before I did business with them. Again, please read these reviews. You can't even call the customer service number on the site because it changes every month.

I am giving this a 4 star review because of the time delay issues.
The quality of the products are superb, I would give that a 5 star.
The customer service I would also give a 5 star (after contact was made. JACOB was great 👍
I would order from here again just knowing that the order might be delayed.

This company is a total fraud. Product is not as shown online and is incredibly poor quality. The address on the website is also fake. They ship the products from Pakistan and will only give you a full refund if you ship it back to the warehouse there. Customer service is also rude and said I was being difficult and making it a headache for the company.

This company is such a SCAM ! My item took nearly a month to arrive and it is the worst knockoff I have ever seen, the fabric and placing of the patches were so tacky and off … they but a stealers logo on a dolphins sweatshirt. I paid over 100 dollars and after trying to email the company multiple times with absolutely no response this item went to the goodwill. I have never wasted money this badly ever. Just complete trash and waste. DO NOT BE FOOLED BY THE FAKE REVIEWS

I ordered a leather jacket from Leatherjacketz.com and paid extra for expedited shipping. It’s been weeks, and they haven’t shipped my order or provided any status updates. Their customer service number is a dead end — it doesn’t even work!

To make matters worse, they aren’t accredited by the Better Business Bureau, and while they claim to be based in New York, the actual company that charges you, Evoke By Air LLC, is registered in Florida and has only existed for one month. This screams scam.

Don’t waste your money here. Do not do business with them!

I order this jacket for my son’s prom.it looked great. He loved it and received so many compliments.

I was so happy with my jacket! We got the Tom Holland Spiderman Jacket and my son loved it. The only thing is you have to check for the sizes because it came a little bigger than expected , and also plan on the delivery time, order it with a good 3 weeks prior the day you need it. But other than that, loved it!

I waited over a month to get this bubble Wallace. Dr Pepper jacket and it is a fake knockoff. It's not even the same jacket that's in the picture that they are Displaying, it doesn't have the black on the sleeves. It's not even A 2X large. It's not even the same color red The jacket is not even cotton it's Polyester and the letters are not embroidered and i forgot no patches all ironed on. These people are frauds do not buy from them. They should be Shut down and investigated by the f. B. I. I am really mad about this.
I should've just spent the money and got a jacket elsewhere. So remember you get what you pay for These people are frauds. They're not even in new york they're oversees from this country KARACHI, PK . If I would have seen that I would knew better. And you know who I am because you called me and we talked on the phone.
