Shocking
Shocking. Called yesterday to pay the full balance of my loan off to be told i cant do that until 5th July because payment is in process. Never had this problem before. Apparently the outstanding balance isnt the correct balance and it increases when you want to settle it early due the daily interest charge. I have called multiple times today as I have advised them I have sent the payment through yesterday and I am still being charged even though they have received payment, they just can't add to my account yet? Absolute joke of a company. Usually when you want to 'settle' your payment early it is less than what your outstanding balance is but for this company it excludes interest. I am now waiting on a response from the 'finance team' as I am not happy I am having to wait until the 5th july to settle the loan hence why i have sent full through before my direct debit comes up as i am going to be charged more interest!!! Scammers. Dont use this company. They will try there best to get as much interest out of you as possible. AVOID!!!!
