Ho ordinato un loro prodotto con consegna 2-5 giorni lavorativi. Poi ho letto le molti recensioni negative e mi sono preoccupato. Ho inviato quindi più email che non hanno avuto risposta. Il prodotto mi è arrivato il 5° giorno, quindi entro i tempi. Corrisponde a quanto ordinato per cui devo dire soddisfatto. Mi dispiace se a qualcuno non è andata bene, spero di passare un giorno dal loro store per visitarlo, dalle foto mi sembra bello e rifornito.

PESSIMI !!!!! Dopo aver ordinato e ricevuto l'ordine, mi accorgo che per un prodotto una taglia mi era grande e ho scritto per avere una sostituzione di taglia... NESSUNA RISPOSTA... Allora decido di chiamare, dopo svariati tentativi perchè buttano giù il telefono mi dicono che NON possono fare la sostituzione, ma posso procedere con il reso e faranno il rimborso, dopo potrò acquistare il prodotto giusto...

Fin qui tutto bene no? E invece no, mi dicono che per fare il reso devo mandare una mail al loro servizio resi, l'ho mandata MA NON HO MAI RICEVUTO UNA MALEDETTA RISPOSTA DA LORO.

Sconsiglio vivamente, PESSIMI DAVVERO, non me l'aspettavo proprio, sono più seri quelli di wish, temu o altri siti cinesi...e ho detto tutto!!!!! E' ASSURDO!

I ordered exactly 11 days ago and didn't receive my package. I already sent many E-Mails to the customer support and didn't receive a response. I even wrote them on instagram!! I think it's a shame that you scam people and furthermore that you're trying to be serious when you scam.

I bought a Boxing Bag and a Mouthguard.
The package come after 2 or 3 days from Italy. Which was avery pleaseant surprise. I am very satisfied with the Quality of the Product and i am also very Satisfied with customer Service since The Carrier damaged the Product and they were more then happy to replace it for me. The customer Service responded fast and they were very professional. For me it was a 10/10 experience and I will buy again from them.

I have been working with Leone since November to obtain the correct size shoes. I have ordered the same pair of shoes with them two different times and received the wrong size both times. The first pair was returned and refunded. The second pair has now been returned and not refunded. No one will respond to my email requests. DO NOT order from them, customer service is terrible and they have no clue what they are doing.

Never ordering from here again,I thought hey let me not beat around the bush,let me order from the "official" site,nothing bad could happen right? WRONG,I ordered the gloves 8 days ago at this point,no sign of them,I sent an email, absolutely no response from them,I called support and still didn't get a response,nobody picked up the damn phone. It's a shameful excuse for this brand to try and market itself as "premium" and"We ArE cOmBaT sPoRtS" when they can't even get a simple delivery right,let alone customer support,god knows if the gloves are any good,but judging from all of this bs,I'd say they are hot Chinese garbage,and they know it Edit:customer service has finally answered after the posting of this review,explaining that a worker was on sick leave and did not notify me of the gloves being sold out. The rep profusely apologized and changed my order to a suitable substitute,we will just have to wait and see if they arrive,after testing them out I will update this review

Prodotto pagato e acquistato online, mai arrivato. Ho ripetutamente contattato l'azienda che ha promesso in due occasioni il rimborso della somma spesa, dopo oltre un mese ancora niente. Sconsiglio vivamente gli acquisti sul sito.

Package never came!

Ordered a delivery from Leone1947 as a Christmas gift for my nephew, ordered 10th of December and the money was retracted right away, however the package never came. I tried to write SO many email, but they never responded. Finally after 6 emails, they say it was delivered and gives a tracking number, but not to which company and no proof of delivery. I of course wrote them and asked for the company, but no response. Lost the money, and got a disappointed nephew. I absolutely DO NOT recommend this company!!!

Meglio una tuta cinese da 5 euro. Ho comprato dei pantaloni neri lunghi e continuano a perdere pelucchi come se fosse un pantalone da 5 euro . In credibile come si possa al giorno d'oggi fare cose così scadenti.. update di febbraio: La tela si è rotta dopo averli usati 4 volte.

Prob the worst webshop service ever faced. On site they announce short shipping time with express deliver, in the reality it is something else. Right now i been waiting close to 10 days for a placed order and still waiting for them to ship . When I contact them by mail with my concerns it took them 2 days to answer. When they did it was a pre written answer with a marginalization of the problem with -we are sorry for your waiting, it will just take couple of days more due to overloaded order caused of sale. Now it been 10 days not a sign of my products or any started shipment no tracking id etc.
This is not the first time I try my luck with Leone its my second time I order from em and same kind of story as last time and it was not even a sale just an ordinary Thursday. After 14 days I called them and ignorance over their own bad service was real, they couldn't care less about it. It took one month until i finally got my order. Leone is those kind of companies I wonder why they exist, they dont provide relevant service, dont care about their clients and when asking them in person they are like whatever.
Their products a regular, not top notch not bad but ok. I argue with why be waiting forever for ordinary boxing t-shirt when I can get a better quality gym shirt at H&M for less price, better quality and better crm. My thoughts is to buy brands that support the boxing sport, but with a brand that dont care and support the client with relevant service, the purpose of support is sadly bursted.
My advice, dont shop from them if you want your gear in near future. They will not deliverer and for me they screwed up my training and I needed to buy gear from else where due to lack of service. Right now I still havent got my order. Do they care, not so much. So Leone before your bots answer this, let my message land, inhale exhale and come up with something better than just bad excuses, like ship my order for an example. You can do better

Sono incompetenti, decidono di omettere che una referenza è finita, no. La inviano senza avvisare e quando chiedi di risolvere la situazione continuano a negarsi e prendere per il c…. Rimbalzando la richiesta
Stare alla larga dal loro ecomerce

Acquisto di una tuta completa leone effettuato su decathlon, convinto che era spedita da loro invece mi spunta nell'ordine: spedito da leone 1974 ecc... . Mi accorgo dopo circa un mese che la tuta era super rovinatissima e usurata in quasi tutte le cuciture con presenza di buchi pronta a strapparsi alla seconda lavata (tuta messa una sola volta). Scrivo a decathlon che gira le foto a Leone che a sua volta risponde: le ricordiamo che l'acquisto è stato effettuato circa 2 mesi fa e che non è possibile fare il reso. Io non avevo chiesto il reso ma volevo delle spiegazioni. Niente, mai più tuta leone in vita mia.

Non alzano la cornetta del telefono e quando lo fanno è per far cadere la linea senza parlare

È una delle poche aziende che hanno una vasta gamma di colori e negli anni si sono fatti un nome importante, qualità bassa ma per i costi accettabile. Acquistate un paio di fasce protezioni e mi sono arrivate di due colori diversi e macchiate di rosso ( spero non fosse sangue, non credo ma sembrava), vabbè può capitare, chiedo il cambio, gentilmente fanno il reso, ma si dimenticano di fare il cambio, dopo due settimane li contatto e mi dicono che sono terminate, fanno il rimborso. Il mio consiglio: avvisate prima se terminate il prodotto, chiedete al cliente se magari vuole cambiare il colore ed infine dato che il tutto è stato causato da un errore vostro proponete una scontistica anche minima per salvarvi la faccia, anche una spedizione gratuita su un'altro acquisto sarebbe stato cortese e per voi irrisoria. Pessima gestione marketing e gestione complain verso il cliente. L'azienda dovrebbe formare di più il personale a mio avviso

They sent me an email 2 weeks ago saying that my order is shipped and that i will get it between the 12th and the 17th of october and guess what ? Today we are the 18th and after i ask them yesterday where is my order they told this afternoon the order has to be ship today ! What a joke, worst shop ever seen !

Acquistata una tuta dopo il primo lavaggio si è lacerata alle cuciture. Restituito l'articolo non mi viene rimborsato in quanto è stato lavato e nel caso la rivolessi dovrei mandare il corriere. pessima qualità e pessimo il servizio Customer Care
