I’ve had a very positive experience renting through Vincy Zhang. The team have been a pleasure to deal with, and I’ve particularly appreciated the prompt replies and helpful support with maintenance requests and questions about bills. It’s reassuring to know there’s someone reliable to turn to when something needs sorting. A friendly, professional service that I’d happily recommend.

Extremely dodgy experience. When we moved out, they tried to deduct money from our deposit using cleaning receipts and replacement bills that we clearly fake. This included charges for supposedly “missing” items that were actually rubbish.

We challenged the deductions through the deposit protection scheme, and luckily, the case was ruled in our favour.

Based on our experience, I would be extremely wary of this company. I’d highly recommend not renting from them.

I am extremely disappointed with the way I have been contacted by Let UK Home during an ongoing matter.

This is not about receiving a telephone call itself. The issue is the repeated pattern of communication. On three consecutive occasions, I received unannounced telephone calls from a member of staff, without any prior notice, without checking whether I was available, and without agreeing a suitable time beforehand. On more than one occasion, the calls were made at around 7am, and one of the calls actually woke me up.

I find this highly intrusive and inappropriate for a professional property management service.

There were straightforward alternatives available. The matter could have been communicated by email or WeChat, or a telephone appointment could have been arranged in advance. Instead, I was repeatedly expected to respond to unexpected calls at extremely early hours.

I am also uncomfortable with important matters being handled primarily by telephone rather than through written communication, as written communication provides both parties with a clear record of what has been discussed and agreed.

After the first occurrence, I could have regarded it as a misunderstanding. After the second, it became concerning. After the third consecutive occurrence, I felt that this was a repeated failure to respect reasonable communication boundaries.

I have now submitted a formal complaint to Let UK Home and requested that the matter be reviewed by senior management.

I hope the company takes this feedback seriously and improves its communication standards. Professional communication should include reasonable notice, respect for clients' personal time, and appropriate use of written communication.

An absolute scam. They tried to take £845 from our deposit, and when disputed they presented falsified evidence. They framed a £280-worth furniture upgrade, which I left in the flat for free with the landlord's written approval, as damage to the original furniture. They produced a most likely fake cleaning receipt for 6 hours of professional cleaning while their own move-out report mentions zero cleaning issues. I have seen another review here describing the same pattern. If this happens to you too, please reach out so we can make sure this behaviour is stopped by law.

Rakib Mohammed was great to work with and the onboarding and offboarding process was smooth. Made what could be stressful seamless.

From the moment I started my application right to when I secured my tenancy, Let UK Home have been the best agency I have ever worked with. I have had property managers call to check in on the smallest details and they have been very understanding in times of urgency and need. I cannot recommend them enough and the property I rented was furnished to highest standards. We had an extremely negative experience with Let UK Home. They took over management of our property partway through our tenancy, so we had no choice in appointing them. Upon vacating the property, they made excessive and unjustified charges. We raised a dispute through the TDS, during which they submitted what appears to be a fabricated receipt to claim replacement of items that were already left behind by previous tenants and were effectively rubbish.Based on our experience, we strongly advise exercising extreme caution when dealing with this company.
