Absolutely useless support, they don't understand anything despite repeating the issue like your speaking to a 5 year old and they keep asking for a video when there is nothing to take a video of!

Ich bin mega zufrieden mit dem Gehäuse von Lian Li. Vor allem finde ich es mega nett, das der Support von Lian Li mir ein Gehäuseteil kostenlos ersetzt und portofrei zugesendet hat. Das Bauteil war durch die Lieferung beschädigt worden und die waren sehr höflich und haben mir sehr zeitnah geholfen. Zudem ist das Case ein wahrer Traum. Nochmal vielen Dank.

Ordered an item in August of 2025 - never arrived.

Someone called "May" told me the item had been delivered. When I asked for details such as the tracking details and courier name none was forthcoming.
Several emails back and forth with promises to resend the item blah blah blah...
I got bored with this scam artist and obtained a refund from Paypal.

AVOID these scammers as all costs.

I never received my item, when I chased it up via email
I got a response from someone called Vivian. Over the next few months Vivian, never directly answered my queries, always telling me to be patient, but never actually gave me an informative answer when I informed her that I was lodging a dispute with Pay Pal,
She tried to discourage me, saying my item was in transit, and that refund applications were not always successful. She told me to be patient and just wait for my item to arrive. Like a fool, I waited for almost 11 weeks, with almost daily emails going to and fro.
All to no avail. Finally today ( 08/12/25 ) I lodged my complaint with Pay Pal, they immediately approved my refund.

I ordered from this company in August and have been chasing my delivery ever since. The Customer Support desk brunecouture.com replies but it's always a holding answer. I have now lodged a fraud report with my Credit Card provider.

I ordered from this company late October. Gave it a few weeks,no information regarding delivery. Emailed company, got response from Vivien saying it would be chased. After a week emailed again to be told it would be delivered in 7 days. 12 days later nothing. Emailed again, nothing.

They are complete scammers. People beware. They never deliver. No doubt they put up Ninja blender for sale at $40. The worst buying site ever.

Ordered a pair of skechers trainers and after 3 weeks was informed that they'd been delivered!!! Sent a few emails to them asking for courier details, signature etc to no avail. Obviously a scam company and fortunately I'd paid through PayPal who were brilliant and refunded me immediately. Avoid this unscrupulous company with an extended bargepole......

Non ho mai ricevuto l'oggetto ordinato il 20/09/2025. Ti dicono di aspettare 30 - 35 giorni per riceverlo, dopo 45 giorni li contatto via mail per avere informazioni e chiedendo il numero di tracking per seguire la spedizione.
Mi dicono che a loro risulta consegnato! Chiedo nuovamente il numero di tracking per verificare e, nel caso non me l'avessero dato, avrei aperto reclamo su Paypal. Mi rispondono che mi consigliano di non aprire reclamo e di risolvere tra noi. Anche questa volta il numero di tracking non me l'hanno dato.

I ordered an item and after waiting a few weeks with no information, I emailed asking about my order. They were quite rude and said it could take up to 35 days to arrive. I waited a few more weeks and checked the tracking info and found they had sent the item to Illinois in USA. I contacted them again asking why they has sent it to USA when I live in Australia. They said check with your neighbours in case they got it by mistake. My neighbours live in Australia NOT USA. I contacted PayPal with the information they had provided and Pay PayPal immediately processed a refund. Don't deal with this company, rude, unapologetic and incompetent.

Ich habe vor 19 Tagen ein Handy über diese Firma gekauft und mit Paypal bezahlt, bekam dann auch recht schnell eine Sendungsverfolgungsnummer, dort passierte auch tatsächlich etwas. Stutzig wurde ich gestern als ich um 11 Uhr den Status bekam das die Sendung sich in der Zustellung befindet mit Datum von gestern und Uhrzeit 14:31?!? Und heute auf einem Sonntag bekam ich dann die Info heute 11:49 zugestellt.. da war mir klar das das nur alles Fake war.. habe dann gleich den Käuferschutz von Paypal aktiviert und sofort das Geld wiederbekommen.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY ARE A SCAM THEY SAID THE PARCEL HAD BEEN POSTED WITH A TRACKING NUMBER THEN SAID IT HAD BEED DELIVERED CONTACED PAY PAL TO GET MY MONEY BACK DO NOT USE THEM!!!

I like many others had said to them via Email that I have cctv and there was no recording of any delivery of my order.

No proof of delivery
No courier details
No date of delivery
I am also glad I used pay pal as I do for many online orders. I was refunded within 2 days.

When looking into company they are a scam never received items and yes sent using 17 track which is a scam. Items off course never even sent out. Good job paid via PayPal.

Lianlian trading is a scam they claim
The item arrived it doesn’t cannot show the address delivered to or any details of the delivery give a fake tracking and fob you off by email
I have reported them and got a refund via PayPal

DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THESE SCAM ARTISTS. ALSO DOUBLE CHECK YOUR ACCOUNTS AS THEY ATTEMPTED TO GET TWO LOTS OF MONEY FOR THE SAME ORDER OF THERE NON EXISTENT GOODS. JUST FOUND OUT TODAY THAT SOMEONE HAS USED MY CARD DETAILS TO MAKE UNAUTHORISED TRANSACTIONS.IT CAN ONLY BE THIS DODGY COMPANY

Company is a scam. As with others, they said my product was delivered. My cameras proved otherwise. They provided an image of delivery date and number, but a check of global tracking companies showed the tracking number did not exist. I asked for the delivery company name to chase it up myself but they would not provide it. I said I was going to get a refund via PayPal and all of a sudden they sent my money back. Total scam

Terrible experience product never got delivered, despite tracking saying it was delivered. Cole a representative from the company tried to convince me that they delivered the ordered product. I told her that we have cameras around the house and there was delivery. I asked and got my refund. Save your time and headache and try another supplier 👹👹👹👹👹

As with other reviews, order not received, "tracking" says delivered but it wasn't!! AVOID!!
