Arrangements were made on the phone for…
Arrangements were made on the phone for a time for them to come and carry out my gas safety check. They turned up 4 hours later when id left for work. I had to go away for 10 days. As a result they capped my gas supply last friday . I currently still have no gas as they've not been back.

Turned up on time, all work carried out as planned. Left work area clean and tidy and cleared all rubbish from site.

My Thermastat
This company is have had problems with my thermostat for weeks kept coming out to it but not much joy but that they put me a new one in with a light but before they could do that I had to have a nutaural wire fitted as it did not have one well after they had done that I was not feeling well so I left it until I felt like having some one In to look at it because when I had my heating on and went to turn it off it stayed on but if I turned it to 20 it stayed off but then sometimes during the night it would come back on and had to get up to mess with it until it went off I am 80 years old and disabled so on Saturday morning when Liberty came out the engineer that came out said he was going to order me one and it could be Monday or Tuesday but would ring me
