Excellent communication and very accommodating when I asked for the engineer, Paul to attend because he is familiar with my system. He is very professional and a pleasure to have in my home. He always sorts me out. He is meticulous and will not rest until the problem is resolved. Daikin found the right company to contract their servicing to and I now feel I am getting the level of service I pay for.

Didn't turn up. Didn't let me know , said they had left voice message but hadn't.

Workmanship excellent. Workmen were extremely polite and industries. When they left everything was very clean and tidy. Excellent short instructions on how to operate the controls. First class company, definitely recommend.

We have moved into a new house with an ASHP. Nicholas came to carry out the 1st service of the system. Arrived on time and was cheerful, polite and respectful of our property. He was very happy to explain what he was doing, the relevance of what he was finding (which was all very good) and gave advice when asked. Would certainly use again. Thank you Nicholas.

The time it took to get the engineer to us was almost 24 hours this is far to long it should be more like two hours

I gave Robert Heath Heating 5 stars on the basis of them having a very nice lady called Julie in their job booking team - Julie made special efforts to get our repairs back on track after some others in that same team had attempted to cancel the work at short notice - well done Julie.
Another driver to 5 stars was the fact that their engineers (2 different engineers involved in 2 separate visits to remedy a Mixergy cylinder issue) were both very affable and also very competent.
I must say that it would be nice if Robert Heath Heating could be so kind as to take include the date and time of their proposed visit in the text msg that they send with the booking reference, as a booking reference is intangible if it doesn’t include when the booking is for.
