George came across humble, patient and direct. We needed this to reach our goal. Having a Mortgage Broker who is able to speak Samoan made the goal to build our family home a memorable one. Due to English not being my husband's first language, the understanding of contracts and bank loans ran much smoother than having a Mortgage Broker sit across the table from us and only one of us can understand what the other is saying. Easy to work with and delivers what is required. There was a bit of delay getting my home loan approval. But George was very helpful in communicating periodically with the updates and progress of my application. Finally my house construction is underway now and I am happy with the outcome. Cheers.
