Graham went above & beyond to make sure I got my home-loan. He was always contactable even for small questions I wasn’t sure about. The bank took quiet awhile to approve the loan but graham was always there to keep me updated and put me at ease. My circumstances were very difficult due to covid-19 & I started to think it was impossible to get a loan, until I come across graham who exceeded my expectations. Not all hero's wear capes! Graham Rye is a hero. He was the true answer to our prayers when my long term bank withdrew a preliminary approval only days before settlement. Graham was able to explain my options in such a way that helped ease the stress during what could have become an overwhelming situation. Over the coming week Graham sourced an excellent outcome with an alternative lender, which ended up being a better arrangement than if I had stayed with the original major bank anyway.
