This was such an easy experience. Lawrence made sure to talk me through each step and nothing was too much trouble!

Lawrence is very thorough and he will get you a result. I went through banks myself and was declined for re-finance of investment loans from 3 banks. I was also asking various financial advisors to re-finance my loans. They all backed out, said we will call you and never did (after I sent them all the loans and properties). They just wanted to deal with easy , simple lending, nothing too big and nothing too complicated. But they do not admit it and you keep waiting and waiting and the secretary will tell you they are very busy, you will get the appointment and that goes on and on until you give up. But Lawrence does not chicken out of any task, he is a true hero in financing and he does not let the banks to refuse a loan if he concluded that the client qualifies. In my case I was told by 3 banks that I do not qualify and by 2 brokers. I knew I qualify but I did not know how to go from there. Brilliant Lawrence found out that the Bank he applied to for me had a glitch in their system which resulted in rejecting me. Lawrence showed them how their conclusion is based on wrong bank's calculation being a glitch in their system. And voila - I got the re-finance. Thank you Lawrence very much, you are the only broker I will go to for all my financial requirements and in the past 20 years - I have visited many and none of them come to your ankles. You are my Finance Hero. :-)
