Just WOW. We found ourselves stuck after a loan we wanted fell through. I contacted Mandi and she was able to get pre-approval completed very quickly, we spoke to Mandi on the Saturday with an outside the box deal which required Mandi to seek special approval. She was clear she would have an answer to us by Tuesday morning and to her word we had the outcome Tuesday morning. We were picking our car up on Friday and needed to have cleared funds, we looked at the car Thursday confirmed we wanted and the seller had cleared funds by lunch time Friday. Not only was Mandi able to work very quickly, she was able to get us exactly what we were after money wise and was able to achieve the interest rate and repayments we wanted to stick too. I would 100% recommend Mandi and use her again. Her attention to detail, ability to get the job done and sticking to her word with a high level of communication and fight for her customers to get the right deal is outstanding.
