Scott and his team were very professional and efficient. They were upfront and honest about our borrowing capacity, and when we found our property, they had the finance ready to go for us. They made it so easy as it can be very stressful. We will recommend Scott to all our family and friends.

Scott and his team are absolutely outstanding in communication and customer service.
They keep you updated at every step from submitting the finance application to settlement and even after settlement. I have used Scott and the team on several occasions over the last few years and they get the job done when other finance professionals can't.

We initially engaged with Scott over 4 years ago when we first relocated to VIC from QLD and we were so unsure about where we wanted to live/ finances etc - as a couple with no children.

Scott and his team went through numerous options and alternatives with us throughout a few years – as well as helping my sister and her husband find a beautiful family home and then supporting my Mum to refinance her 2 x investment properties.

I would message Scott on a Saturday/ Sunday at an open inspection and give him the basics and he was always 100% straight with me - not only about property value and prospects but also considerations re property market/ liabilities etc.

In my experience with 4 different financial advisors/ property advisors, in 3 separate states of AUS. We can confidently say that Scott will go above and beyond, conduct more than the required research, negotiate, barter and bargain on your behalf.

But above all Scott will call a spade a spade. He is knowledgeable and very informed about the local market and future projections.

Suellen was another member of the team that we had the pleasure of dealing with. Suellen is incredibly receptive and efficient. The response time for any enquiry was very prompt and pragmatic. She definitely went the extra mile to make sure any paperwork/ documentation was super clearly delineated and it honestly removed a huge amount of admin for us!

We felt so supported not just throughout the loan/ settlement process but absolutely appreciated the numerous follow up calls to ensure we understood the process following settlement and phone call from Scott to check how we were settling in and again to ensure the repayments etc were as we expected.

We will absolutely continue to use & refer to family and friends.

Highly recommend and sincerely appreciate all your hard work and effort (even with our children running a riot in the conference room - love that didn't faze you whatsoever)!
